Dennis Yu:

1. His posts and content always make me think and, in some ways, challenge me to work on my reputation and online branding from different perspectives. "Are you Googleable"

2. Because of him, I decided to get a GKP, and Google has finally spat out a Knowledge Panel, which is incredible.

3. Share his knowledge on it without asking for anything in return

4. His DAD (Dollar A Day Strategy) is invaluable, and his content strategies with video, podcasts, and blogs are amazing.

Chris M Walker: (Yes, I had to type the whole thing out)

1. First, his pure resilience and how he builds his business inspire me. How he went into pure focus mode and just did s**t and cut out all the BS was not easy to do.

2. Always willing to have me on his podcast and put up with my crap, lol

3. Launched Legiit to the world and helped thousands of people change their lives. That's big!

4. Constantly innovating and pushing for excellence

5. Remember where he came from and always been grounded and real.

Tip: It's ok to receive some bad reviews online. It is not okay not to respond if it is valid. Forget the trolls.

In general, people know whether it is a valid or troll comment. Trolls have a way with words that speak trolls.

From a PR view, and I see this a lot now, people only want 5-star reviews and try to remove bad ones.

This is a wrong move and could eventually hurt your reputation. Learn to manage these bad reviews and comments instead of hiding and trying to delete them.

It shows you are a real person or business.
