🥘🍚【Austin 阿兰小锅米线 · 砂锅菜】砂锅滚烫，香味入魂😋！最近忙昏头，很需要来一场“美食满血复活术”‼️ 朋友约我们来 Austin 阿兰，原来她们家早已超越小锅米线范畴；必点的砂锅菜刚上桌，“咕嘟咕嘟”像在小声念咒：快吃我、快吃我！🥢主打三件套：下饭、下饭、还是下饭！是那种“吃完还会想梦里打包”的味道😁
We didn’t realise how much we needed a meal like this until we sat down at A Lan 小锅米线 again. Life’s been a blur lately, but there’s something about a sizzling claypot in front of us that hits pause on everything else.

大人们之前在旧址吃过好几回，搬迁了我们还不知道叻！👩‍🍳阿兰，从中国远嫁到新山好多年，带来了一锅锅炖进了乡愁的好味；现迁址到了靠近 Sunway College 的新店面，招牌更显眼，香味在街口拐弯都能闻到😁（我夸张了

🏡 店内有我们一看就想定位不动的亲切小矮桌，坐下那刻像回到小时候阿嬷家。桌子不高，但食欲飙得老高！ #这位子吃了特别香😋！📦 待餐时发现外卖也持续走单，特别是砂锅系列；据说五花肉，牛肉，豆腐，都是人客五星好评哦👍，锅气和灵魂一锅打包的概念啦！

一锅炖得香浓入魂，白饭自动变“无底洞”，吃饭像开挂哦！ #这道是外卖冠军常客！

吃完整个人犹如番茄精附体😆 够味！这不是汤，是番茄本人亲自下锅打工了吧？！Q弹虾滑主打一个“软嫩有冲击”，再来个炸蛋+RM3，是吃过一次就会回头的家常味！

锅一落桌，“咕嘟咕嘟咕嘟”响个不停，像（鱼）在锅里开派对，是！下！饭！节！奏！底料 + 豆皮这些吸汁大户，每一口都像把锅底的精华打包送进嘴。鱼是现烤的，外皮微焦、鱼肉嫩滑，不是那种冲脑门的辣，吃得肚子暖暖的，好吃😋！

We hadn’t been back since they moved, but a friend dragged us to the new location near Sunway College — and thank goodness she did. Because wow, A Lan has seriously levelled up her comforting hometown flavours from China to Johor, all simmered with heart.

Each pot arrives bubbling furiously, releasing an aroma so rich, we’ve to pause our conversations mid-sentence. Their signature Pork Belly Claypot is a slow-simmered masterpiece that transforms plain rice into an addictive indulgence. The Grilled Fish, with its sizzling base and tender fillets, is generously laced with umami — and best enjoyed with spoonfuls of broth-soaked tofu and beancurd sheets.

Other highlights include the tomato-based Shrimp Paste Rice Noodles, where the tangy broth coats every strand, and the Claypot Chicken, Spicy Boiled Pork, and Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Long Beans — all crafted with the comforting taste of home.

Inside, it’s small-table vibes that instantly feel like home — like we’re back in our grandma’s kitchen. And while we dined in, we noticed the claypot takeaway orders just kept rolling out. Their Pork Belly Claypot, Tofu Claypot, and Beef Claypot are apparently five-star crowd favourites, and after tasting them, we get why.

Whether you’re popping in for a solo recharge or feasting with friends, A Lan delivers warmth in every pot. Come hungry and order extra rice; you’re gonna need it.
