Sadly we had to abandon our African adventure due to the Covid-19 pandemic and follow the advice to be repatriated to the UK 🦠🌍🇬🇧We will be back on African soil ASAP to continue our overlanding adventures, but for now it’s safety first 😷It was an eerie experience to be evacuated with police es**rt in South Africa 🚨🚔, to fly with stewardesses in biohazard protection and to see the airports in Johannesburg, Frankfurt and Heathrow completely empty 😳 We would like to extend our massive gratitude to the staff at the Danish and German Embassy in Pretoria for their assistance in getting os home safe - you have been amazing 💪🇩🇰🇩🇪💪 The same goes to our dear friends in South Africa, London and Haslingden for helping us out with accommodation - you are the best ❤️

Lamentablemente tuvimos que abandonar nuestra aventura en Africa debido al pandemia de Covid-19 y seguir las recomendaciones de ser repatriados a Reino Unido 🦠🌍🇬🇧 Regresaremos a tierras africanas lo antes possible para seguir nuestra aventura de overlanding, pero ahora la seguridad está primero 😷 Fue una experiencia muy atemorizante el haber sido evacuados con escolta de carabineros en Sudáfrica, volar con azafatas en traje de protección de amenaza biológica y además ver los aeropuertos en Johannesburgo, Frankfurt y Londres completamente vacíos 😳 Queremos agradecer el equipo de las embajada danesa y la embajada alemana en Pretoria por su apoyo en habernos ayudado a regresar a Inglaterra de una manera segura 💪🇩🇰🇩🇪💪 El mismo agradecimiento vamos a dar a nuestros queridos amigos en Sudáfrica, Londres y Haslingden - ustedes son los mejores ❤️

Buckley working his magic getting the axles out so Lord Greystoke can get his new ARB airlockers fitted 👍🌍 With this change it’s much easier to drive off-road and it’s less likely that we will get stuck.
