Our founder, , represented the podcast at the Annual Review Meeting hosted by in Harare, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼.

As part of our collaboration with the O3PLUS program, we produced six impactful episodes in 2023, addressing crucial topics such as contraception, mental health, consent, and stigma. With storytelling at its core, our youth-led platform continues to reach thousands of young Namibians online, on campus, and in communities.

From “Netflix & Chill is Not Consent” to “Are Your Relationships Healthy?”, we are breaking the silence surrounding S*xual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and mental health—one episode at a time. 🎧

Fun fact: One of these six episodes has won an award, highlighting the significance of youth voices in driving change!

Key lessons shared at the regional gathering: SRHR content must be culturally sensitive, accessible, and engaging. We take pride in being at the forefront of this change in Namibia and beyond!💡
