Leadership Announcement

We are pleased to welcome Nangula Nelulu Uaandja to Emeraldsand Platforms, effective 1 February 2026.

Nangula will assume the role of Executive Director from 1 July 2026, succeeding Albe Botha, who has led the Group for 13 years. Albe will continue to serve on the Board and focus on strategic project rollout.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Nangula’s appointment marks a major step in positioning Emeraldsand Platforms as a regional platform across media, finance, technology and data, printing and logistics, with tourism, agriculture, creative economy and social investment at the heart of our growth journey.
