Most times your actions could birth regrets and you might wish you could return back in time and do things differently.

The black guy in this photo happened to be a military officer in the US and on returning home after being on deployment for over 6months, he came to find his wife cheating on him with a guy he had suspected before.

He acted in a way that made him go to prison and spent 21years in prison.

Though he didn't mention his offence but it was something he regrets.

He was just walking in a lawn this very day before he was being interviewed.

According to him, that very day was his first free birthday after 21years.

He had become homeless and have been d4human1zed by even his family members.

The man was asked what he wished for in life after gaining his freedom...

He responded "just to be happy again"

He was asked if he could go back in time to be confronted with that same situation, how would he have handled it???

He replied, " I would just walked away, far away from my wife and her lover"

He was offered some money and shown love as the interviewer organised a quick birthday party for him with people to celebrate him and make him feel loved again.

You see that your reaction when the matter is very very hot can determine how the rest of your life will go.

There's something I learned about being an online vendor then.

I learned that I must create a standard for my business when it is still very small and new.

You know, most times, we use the excuse of being small and desperate to take s**t in the name of making sales.

🤔 You will be doing payment on delivery
🤔You will be selling with almost zero profit because someone told you they are buying in quantity
🤔You will be selling on credit because you feel the person is influential or has money
🤔You will be allowing yourself to be tossed around because you feel the customer is doing you a favour anf you want to be seen as an understanding vendor.

These are most of the things I have trained myself to avoid when I was still struggling to make sales as an online vendor.

If I had not done away with these attributes, before you know it, I would have grown to be so used to it in my business, that backing out would have become a challenge.

Whatever standard you want to set for your business, you should set it when the business is still very small, otherwise, you will look and discover that you have become a big brand with very low standard.

The same thing applies to being a content creator

I watched a video on this space where someone was crying that her relative who came to the shop that very morning met poo in front of her shop.

While trying to clean up the mess, she slumped at the spot and before she was rushed to the hospital, she gave up.

Now the truth is, someone who h4ted seeing her

Someone who's in a secret competition with her

Someone who probably is into the same line of business with her could probably have done that to her

Now there's a vendor I used to admire so much on this space, not until she made a post about blocking a person who's in the same line of business with her.

I unfollowed that lady immediately I saw that post.

Anybody who can bl0ck someone they have not even met, someone they don't even know personally simply because they run the same line of business, such person is capable of kpaing someone they sell physically with in the same market line.

If you can feel that envy enough because someone is doing better, you can end the person if you have the means to do it without anybody finding out.

Envy can lead to ending a person because you will want to do something to make you have your selfish peace by eliminating them.

It always starts from somewhere and if you nurture it, it would grow to that d3adly extent .
