OHANAEZE NDIGBO YOUTH WING WORLDWIDE
7 Park Avenue GRA Enugu; 20th July, 2023.

Our attention has been drawn to the fictions and baseless piece of propaganda by one Nwankwo T. Nwaezeigwe, a self acclaimed Leader of a non-existent "International Coalition Against Christian Genocide in Nigeria", against the person of a renowned Prince of Ugboko Kingdom and a Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Representing the good and Peaceful People of Delta North Senatorial District- Sen. Prince Ned Chinedu Nwoko.

Ordinarily, we the Leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing Worldwide would have ignored the senseless and foolish speculations of the educated Ignoramus, but for the records and the innocent reading public, we deem it necessary use this medium to encourage the personality of Sen. Prince Ned Chinedu Nwoko (Ebube Anioma), who doubles as a Paramount Stakeholder of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Worldwide in Anioma.

The Prince of Ugboko Kingdom, a sparkling business Lawyer of repute and a devoted Philanthropist committed to Human and community Development is one Choice God graciously granted the people of Delta North, and a rare Gift to the Igbo Nation, especially in the present.

It is not news that the Peter Nwaoboshi was duly examined and convicted by the Judiciary for gross embezzlement and misappropriation of Public funds, while he self-served as Senator. That the Supreme Court ruled in his favor does not and will never erase his abuse of public trust and his criminal records in the great minds of Ndi Anioma and Ndigbo at large.

It may interest you to know that the foremost University of Sports, Technology and Arts(STARS University) in the Sub-Saharan is located in Anioma, Delta State Nigeria; conceived and projected by Distinguished Sen. Prince Ned Chunedu Nwoko.
This university is unique, as it is anchored on its multi-discipline concept, prominent amongst which is offering professional first degree certificates courses in sports related fields, a privilege hitherto enjoyed in the United Kingdom, United States, Russia, Bulgaria and other developed countries around the world.

Ever before the Struggle for emancipation of Delta North Senatorial Zone, Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation had selflessly launched the "KICK MALARIA OUT OF AFRICA" project, with the goal to accelerate towards the attainment of malaria free Nigeria and adopt the same model in other African Countries, through investment and support to efforts of malaria vaccine development.

Having mentioned but a few, we must use this opportunity to commend the People's Senator for the N50,000,000(Fifty Million Naira) grant to every Higher Institution in Delta North Senatorial District by Sen. Prince Ned Chinedu Nwoko for businesses and other development activities of the students and Youths of Anioma.

Like we stated earlier, we do not write to refute the frivolous and unfounded allegations of the attention seeking Leader of the non-existent International Coalition Against Christian Genocide in Nigeria- Nwakaeze T. Nwaezeigwe, but to encourage the Great, Faithful and opinion Leader of Igbo extraction- Sen. Prince Ned Chinedu Nwoko(Ebube Anioma) to continue on the development and leadership trajectory; and to assured him of the undiluted support and Solidarity of the Igbo Youths Worldwide.

In conclusion, we call on other opinion Leaders of Igbo extraction ranging from Political Giants, Captains of Industries, Technocrats and Diplomats; to eschew Envy, foster Unity and project Peace, Stability and Security in Ala Igbo and Nigeria at Large.
We also admonish mischief makers to consider a rethink and desist from unhealthy propaganda that has really kept us down as a people; or be ready to face the music as we, the Igbo Youths, shall no longer fold our arms and watch such irresponsibility erode our blessed Nation.

Signed
Mazi Chike Art Adiele
Publicity Secretary
Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing Worldwide

NEWFLASH!! LAGOS LADY BEMOAN HIGH COST OF "MAKEOVER".

In her Facebook post, Lady Ijeoma Nwachukwu, lament the high cost of "makeup"
Hear her....

Let me tell you the story behind my make over in this picture.
February last year, i wanted to do a photo shoot for my birthday and needed a makeover which is not really my thing unless on special occasion.
Since i did not know any makeup artist where i reside, i decided to ask a neighbour of mine who is a celebrity for one. She texted the phone number of the lady to me.

The next day, i called the lady and told her that i wanted a makeover for my birthday shoot. She asked of my location which i told her and she said it is N60k.
I was flabbergasted and asked again to make sure i heard correctly and she repeated the same amount. I asked why and she said that is what they charge based on my location. God have mercy, N60k for ordinary makeover, i will wash off in the next 5 hours. Even at Surulere with N5k or less , you go get correct makeover.
Hiaan, this Lekki people will not kee somebody.

I dropped the phone and remebered that the saloon where i do my pedicure has a makeup artist.
I went there and she told me N20k , after bargaining, she agreed for N10k. Even the N10k sef pained me no be small.
I washed it off after 4 hours, N10k gone down the drain ooooo and somebody get mind to charge N60k.

Honestly i can't imagine how somebody can pay N60k for ordinary make over of less than a day. Maybe na because i no get money oo.
As an Aba babe, i no dey do pass myself.
Do you know the kind of prayers you will receive if you bless 3 people with that money.?

Abeg, ladies be wise so that Lekki lifestyle does not bankrupt you.
Invest and save for the rainy.day. Stop indulging in frivolities.
My one and two pence.

Have a blessed day my beautiful people.❤

The Story Of Nigeria's Most Famous Magician Professor Peller and How He Was Assassinated in 1997

Professor Peller The magician was one of the Nigerians that opened Nigerian to what magic was. He is the father of Shina Peller the popular socialite, he always moved with huge and electrified crowd thronging after a his slowly-moving convoy.
At the center was a white limousine and from the sun roof, was a man full of charming smiles, waving to the frenzied crowd, he looked very smart, handsome and he was also wearing white, all white, the hat too was white. It was quite a dazzling spectacle. The limo was headed towards the city stadium where he had a show. For about thirty years, Peller held the world’s most populous black nation spellbound with millions gasping at the whisk of his wand. I hope you find this magical.

About Professor peller ;

He was born in 1941 at Iseyin, Oyo State and he was named Moshood Folorunsho Abiola. He would later pick on the stage name of ‘Professor Peller’, an appellation that has stuck to him like a second skin.

HIS MAGICAL PERFORMANCES AND EXPLOITS
When Professor Peller was alive, he was the most brilliant magician in all of Africa. I am not too sure if the record has been broken. Even in death, Peller remains the greatest of all. He performed not only before princes but also held kings spellbound with his magic. Here is how Femi Oyebode, a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Birmingham described Peller and one of his shows in 1972 at the George V Stadium in Lagos (that is the old name of the Onikan Stadium):
My last ever visit to the stadium was to see Professor Peller, a magician, and said to be a member of the Magic Circle take on the last of our traditional magicians whose name now escapes me (itself a significant fact). Professor Peller was dressed in black tails, a top hat, a wand in one hand, black shoes and well-cut hair. He was a perfect picture of debonair gentleman and was assisted by an attractive young woman. He flicked his white handkerchief and a white dove flew out.

He pulled at his cuff links and flowers bloomed under his command. He was confident, majestic. He was suave and graceful. He levitated his assistant.

He cut her in two without drawing blood. He locked her in a cupboard, chained up several times over yet she disappeared! It was a master performance. The crowd clapped, hooped. We were seduced against our better judgment. Peller was a prolific magician with many shows, some of which were the Invisible General, the Escaping Box, Changing Dresses and the Zigzag. One thing with Peller’s performances is that they were executed with maximum finesse and excellence. He was thorough and professional. Perhaps, if not for death, he might have even eclipsed David Copperfield of the USA in fame. Copperfield is presently the greatest magician on earth and the first person to make one billion dollars from magic. While growing up, he was nicknamed Moshood Olori Pupa (Moshood the Red-Headed Boy).

-One of his classical performances included putting his wife in a ‘magical coffin’ and severing the same coffin into two halves with a ‘magic coffin’.

When Peller was performing, there was really no Internet as we have it today, so it was quite easy to fool people in their millions. Now, YouTube is
spoiling the show for many magicians except the most ingenious of them. Here are few more magic clips on YouTube just to let you know they do not conjure any evil spirit or demon, it is nothing but sheer trickery.

For a man who was a showstopper at any events, it is no surprise that not a few women fell for the enchanting spell of Nigeria’s most famous magician. He was a man of many women and married many of them.

However, the best known of these ladies, with whom he performed his magic tricks is Alhaja Silifat Adeboyin Peller, The whole of Nigeria knew her as Lady Peller and she is most famous for the act in which she was ‘sliced’ into pieces by Peller and had a hard time putting her back. Now 66 years of age with her husband gone and not remarrying, she is tending to her grandchildren while reminiscing over the glittering wonders of an empire of magic that once held sway. Lady Peller was born in Kishi, Oyo State where her father was the Chief Imam and had five children for him, while also raising many other step-children.

However, unknown to many, their rosy marriage later had a deep crack to the extent that they were not staying together anymore. When Peller was killed at his Onipanu residence, he was in Lagos State for a function while Lady Peller was living at the GRA, Ikeja. Although they were not officially separated as they still saw regularly, Peller checked on her in Ikeja but met her absence. As at that time, they had already reconciled and were even planning on coming back together before Peller was prematurely silenced by the assassin’s bullets.

Peller left a message for her to check on him as he was not feeling well and was rushed to Ibadan for treatment. Lady Peller was furious as to why he was taken to Ibadan since they had family doctors at the Ajayi Memorial Hospital and the EKO Hospital in Lagos but upon getting to Ibadan, she was simply told that Peller was dead. She fainted immediately only to wake up to a bucket of water and intense fanning by family members. She said: “It was a great shock and I had never seen that kind of things. I don’t ever wish to go through that kind of thing again.” While he was alive, he also taught her some magic and ensured she got some training in Michigan, USA. Little wonder they always performed together and as far as she is concerned, her religion is not against the brand of magic she performed with her late husband because according to her, ‘it was not fetish’. She still remembers the very good old days and says she will not remarry and will still marry him over and over again, rounding off: They only want to enjoy what Professor Peller was enjoying for several years. But they can’t have it.”

Alhaja Silifat Abiola Peller, the wife of late magician, Professor Peller, has opened up on why the popular socialite was killed. While speaking in an interview with BBC News Yoruba, Mrs Peller revealed that the assassination of her husband was made possible because of the personal information he leaked to the media after a performance she had with her husband that got everyone scared She said during the performance, the late magician sliced her into two on stage but found it difficult to restore her back to normal.

“On that unforgettable day, Professor Peller performed at the National Theatre. He sliced Lady Peller into two but found it difficult to restore her back to normal,” she said.

“He did his best to the point of sweating which was noticed by the spectators. The show ended at that point.

“Thanks to God, Lady Peller later came back to life. But people were yet to know until the following day. “While Professor Peller was performing (the following day), the spectators were not all that interested. All they wanted to see was Lady Peller.

“As soon as they saw me, they were excited to the point that some of them called it a day, saying my appearance was entertaining enough.”

Silifat said presidents and prominent people used to come to the shows which they performed across the world.

On how she heard of her husband’s death, she said she was in Lagos when she got the information.

“It was an unfortunate day which I can’t really explain. Some said I fainted and later got revive after water was poured on me,” she said.

On how her husband died, Silifat said “He was observing the Sujud prayer when he died.”

She continued, “The media knows how to ask questions that can make one say things he ought not to say.

“Professor Peller was asked by the media to reveal the particular time he could be found without his powers.

“He told them that he could only be found without his powers when he’s observing the Islamic prayers “That’s what Professor Peller said that led to his fall.”

Silifat said the assassins who killed the magician ensured they carried out the act at the time he was observing prayers.

Press Release

Dannie Ubani: the effusions of a blinded sycophant.

Our attention has been drawn to a social media publication by a self acclaimed Alex Otti’ attack dog and merchant of cheap fortune, Dannie Ubani, titled “Ndi Abia, See your money o” wherein he unsuccessfully sought to bring to public disrepute and ridicule, one of Abia’s most respected business moguls and entrepreneur of supreme pedigree, Elder Raymond Aliga, MON. We wish to state as follows:

1. Elder Raymond Aliga, MON, popularly called Goodseed has been a successful business man, agripreneur and renowned maritime service provider long before the emergence of Dr Okezie Ikpeazu as Executive Governor of Abia State in 2015.

2. He has never occupied any public office in Abia State or elsewhere in the world.

3. Elder Aliga is proud of his long-standing friendship with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, who he knows to be a principled and focused leader that frowns at primitive wealth acquisition and hateful political engagements.

4. We wish to warn Dannie Ubani, other hired social media hacks and the masquerade that is sponsoring them that those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

A word is enough for the wise!!

Signed
Olusegun Oyebode
Media Assistant to Elder Raymond Aliga, MON

Alex Otti’s Abia State victory and albatross
THE PUBLIC SPHERE with Chido Nwakanmma

Hearty congratulations to Dr Alex Chioma Otti, who realised on 22 March 2023 his cherished goal of becoming the executive governor of Abia State after three attempts. Since 2015, he has outlined and maintained that his goal is to serve and redeem the state from poor governance.
After three attempts at the polling booths over eight years, Dr Otti now has the opportunity to turn his vision into policies, projects, and programmes. From 29 May 2023, the tyre will meet the road in the Alex Otti-led Abia State government.
The Otti victory is people-based and populist. It took a long time to come. Ndi Abia are happy with and for him.
Social media posts underlined the joy of citizens. They took to the streets of Umuahia and various relaxation spots across Nigeria and the globe to celebrate Otti's emergence.
Otti will continue to receive congratulations from now until he assumes office. He earns my empathy at this point.
Join me in praying for divine enablement for Alex Otti to make the governorship a platform of honour rather than dishonour. Their expectations of him are sky-high.
Otti, over the years, stoked most of those hopes and expectations. The failure of the outgoing governor in several areas propels the rest. Whatever the source, Otti has to deliver on the Kilimanjaro of hopes following his emergence.
Already many of the messages in the online space qualify their congratulations. They point to Anambra State, where the popular narrative is that Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has been a sophomore rather than a professor. His character and perceived performance detract from his high learning.
The lesson is that leaders in public office must balance a high intelligence quotient with a similar emotional, social, and adversity quotient. Success in public leadership in Nigeria: High IQ+EQ+SQ+AQ. S
Cosmas Uzodinma wrote: "Good, the Ikpeazu conundrum is solved. But Soludo has taught me not to be excited about Alex Otti. Let him perform first. I urge Abians to moderate the excitement."
The comparison misses the mark in expectations. The parable of Muhammadu Buhari is even more instructive.
Many people hyped a retired general and serial contestant for the presidency when he entered the race for the fourth time in 2014. They claimed that he had a magic wand to solve Nigeria's problems. The decibel of the clamour for Muhammadu Buhari was so loud that they boldly declared that the whole of Nigeria wanted him. Then-president Goodluck Jonathan was anathema. They promoted PMB as the solution to the then-nascent insecurity in Nigeria because of his military background. The outcome of that misplaced assumption is today's massive insecurity.

Informed analysts did the HR routine of checking past performance as a predictor of potential and predicted that PMB would be the same disaster that he was in 1984/85. Where are we now?
PMB before and after should serve as a cautionary tale for Dr Alex Otti as governor and the expectant Ndi Abia. Abians should pray, May Buhari not happen to our Dr Alex Otti.
Time is critical and would count so much in the reckoning of Otti as governor. He will need to get to work pronto. The accounting will start by 29 December 2023, 214 days post-inauguration.
Otti will do well to pluck some low-hanging fruits. The foremost is wiping the arrears the Abia State government owes its workers and putting money back in the pockets of teachers and pensioners. The rest include:
• Commence at least two significant road reconstruction efforts, one of which should be the Port Harcourt Road, Aba.
• Invite the promoter and ensure completion of the Inland Port Terminal at Ntigha. The dry port at Ntigha commenced earlier, but the ones in Kano and elsewhere have since taken off.
• Complete the finishing and move into the new Abia State Government House at Oguribe Layout while ensuring first-rate infrastructure for that new area befitting the load it would carry going forward.
• Unveil a roadmap with SMART objectives.
These measures and at least five more will enable Dr Alex Otti to restore trust and confidence in the Abia State government. Citizen trust is a critical enabler from now on. Otti has a high degree of legitimacy, as confirmed by the effusive celebration of his victory. The performance bar is already so low that he can do less to add trust to legitimacy.
The next is envisioning and executing big things professionally—enough of the small dreams and minuscule projects. Landmark projects flow from big ideas and visions of the future. Ebonyi State next door is a good reference.
One expects Otti to lead a new performance management framework for the Abia State government focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and equity. The 3Es framework will count significantly with equity high up in the frame.
Otti should reorient the Abia State bureaucracy to an efficiency-oriented performance management model where public managers serve as the entrepreneurs of a leaner and privatised government that emulates the practices and values of business.
Then we can genuinely toast Dr Alex Otti and say, To your success, incoming Abia State governor, the man of achievement orientation and first-class brain. Good luck, Otti, for your sake and the best interest of all Ndi Abia.
