“If those whom Nnamdi Kanu listed as witnesses fail to appear in c0urt, it simply means the Nigerian judicial system has lost its credibility,” declared Chief Judge Komlan Edoh of Togo’s Supreme C0urt in a strong statement today.
“At that point, Nnamdi Kanu will inv0ke his right to a refer£ndum, in accordance with the standards of the World C0urt.”
According to the learned Judge, should the witnessÂŁs appear, they will face a cruci@l question: Did the Nigerian government come to k!ll Nnamdi Kanu in his hometown or not?
If they deny it, Kanu will present undeniabl£ video ev!dence before the c0urt. But if they admit it, then—by the natural order of justice—the judge will be bound to grant him b@il. And by granting him b@il, the c0urt will have unwittingly granted his greater request — the freedom of Biafr@ itself.
Chief Judge Komlan Edoh described Kanu’s legal maneuver as “a rare and ancient display of wisdom …a move worthy of the sages of old.”
