1. *Zonal Commandant*
- Issues directives, guidelines, and updates to State Commandants
- Receives reports, feedback, and requests from State Commandants

2. *State Commandant*
- Implements zonal directives, provides guidance to District Commanders
- Receives feedback, reports from District Commanders, and forwards to Zonal Commandant as necessary

3. *District Commander*
- Implements state directives, provides guidance to Local Government Commanders
- Receives feedback, reports from Local Government Commanders, and forwards to State Commandant as necessary

4. *Local Government Commander*
- Implements district directives, oversees local operations
- Submits reports, feedback to District Commander

*Communication Guidelines:*

- Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication
- Use official channels for directives, reports, and feedback
- Document all communications for record-keeping and accountability

UPDATE ON THE MEETING HEAD AT THE STATE HEADQUARTER , DATED FRIDAY 20TH JUNE, 2025

Morning Fellow Officers,
The State Commandant commended each and every officers for their efforts so far in supporting the organization financially, morally and spiritually. He enjoyed all officers not to relent on effort as we are almost at the promise land.

LATEST ON OUR BILL
The State Commandant explained that everything that had to be done for our bill to be concored by the Senate had been done that, between now and middle of July, 2025 by God grace our bill will see the light of the day.

WHAT TAKES TO BE BONAFIDE OFFICERS
As contained in the Circular, officers who have subscribed to the Access Card and duly updated their personal information on the Organization Website as well as those that participated in the first ever Retraining Program are to be recognized as bonafide and up-to-date officer of corps. These officers will be eligible to benefit from the dividend of the Organization's efforts when the time comes. The State Commandant added that, the officers will be issued with Form 15 (2025) free of charge, among other benefits.

Never-the-less, any Executives who failed to comply with these directives, should be replaced with officers of good standing with immediate effect and the list of new Executives i.e. State, District, and Local Government should be forwarded to the National Headquarter by the State Commandant on or before Tuesday 24th June, 2025. Officer, were urged to act fast before the deadline.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (M.O.U)
The State Commandant updated that all the arrangements had concluded on our M.O.U by the Federal Ministry of Finance, and Federal Ministry of Budget and Planning for Peace Corp of Nigeria to operate as Non Governmental Organization. Not only that, right from the period of Retraining Camp, officers who are up-to-date with their records that is, bonafide officer will be placed on monthly allowance pending the time when our bill will be

T-JOS' GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT GAINS MOMENTUM: PEACE CORPS COMMANDANT SHOWS SUPPORT ON DAY 2

The excitement continues to build as Day 2 of T-Jos' 154-hour Guinness World Record attempt for the Longest Barbing Marathon gets underway. The National Commandant of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Dr. Dickson Akoh, made a notable appearance at the Velodrome venue, Abuja National Stadium, to show his support for the young barber.

Dr. Akoh, grand arrival at the Velodrome venue, accompanied by his esteemed entourage was a significant morale booster for T-Jos, who smiled in acknowledgement from a distance. Although Guinness rules prohibit T-Jos from speaking during the marathon, his assistant was on hand to receive the Commandant's good wishes. Dr. Akoh's visit has undoubtedly illuminated the spirit of the audience, who are eagerly cheering T-Jos on.

The group included the Deputy National Commandant for Finance and Administration of the PCN, underscoring the organization's strong support for young people and T-Jos' Guinness World Record attempt for the Longest Barbing Marathon.

In an interview, Dr. Akoh urged Nigerians to turn out in large numbers to support T-Jos in his record-breaking attempt. He encouraged young people to emulate T-Jos' dedication and hard work, emphasizing that there is honour and dignity in labour. The Commandant expressed his confidence in T-Jos' ability to achieve the 7-day record, saying, "There's no doubt in my mind that he will succeed."

Dr. Akoh's presence has undoubtedly boosted the morale of T-Jos and the audience, setting a positive tone for the continuation of the 154-hour marathon haircut. As T-Jos focuses on breaking the record, the backing of prominent figures like Dr. Akoh serves as a testament to the young barber's dedication and perseverance."
