BEING SUCCESSFUL IS FOR EVERYONE
Every person here on the earth wants to be successful in life, but the question that stands before humanity is this : "what is success?" Of a truth, success is for everyone! It is for 'you', it is also for you 'NOW'
You must believe you can succeed if you are to succeed. Though you should know that if you believe you can or you cannot, for any of the both you are right. It is what your mind can conceive that you can achieve. God wants us (you) to succeed. And He has promised to help us (you) through His words in the scripture: "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success"(josh.1:8). So when one is not successful, it's not God's fault.
When you were born, you were born to do good. You were born to succeed in life. You were born to bless others' lives. You have unlimited potential, learn how to unleash or releasing them to reach your destiny.
You don't stumble into success, success is not an event; it is a life long journey. John Hagee said it all, " you cannot possess what you are not willing to pursue". Success moves and it moves to those who plan, to those who prepare, to those who are persistent and to those who are willing to endure pain to achieve their goals.
You can succeed
It is for you now and always
Do what you are supposed to do and at the right time. Follow the instructions of God, obey the rules and laws. If others did, you too can.
Work , strive and make sure to succeed because many destinies are tied to yours.
PRAYER
I pray for you today, that the grace of God and mercy will be with you to make you successful in whatever you do in Jesus mighty name!!! Amen

GODS REFRESHING WORD
The word of God carries power. It carries spiritual vitality that refreshed the heart and the life of one that receives it.
Water produces marvelous changes in arid regions. For example some of our grass and flowers here are always completely dormant and looks dead during the dry season. But after the first rain that ushers in the raining season, you see them burst into blossom, bringing out beautiful colours and nature. That's how and the power of God's word when it enters a man's life.
Likewise, in the Holy land after a rainstorm, dry ground can seemingly sprout vegetation overnight. The writer of Isaiah used rain's renewal to illustrate God's refreshing word: "As the rain and snow comes down from heaven and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yield seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth; it will not return to me empty, but it will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it."(Isaiah 55:10-11)
The word of God is to a thirsty soul what water is to a barren land. It heals, convicts and comforts. That's the reason why as a child of God always crave for the refreshing word of God.
Scripture carries spiritual vitality. That's why it doesn't return void. Wherever it enters or encounters an open heart, it brings refreshment, nourishment and new life.
God's word is like refreshing rain that waters crops and seed; it brings new life to open hearts, and meets us in our need.
PRAYER
I pray for you today, may the word of the lord that has power to heal, that has power to build and renew locate you today in Jesus mighty name!!!! Amen

WE ARE BLENDED TOGETHER
‭Ephesians 2:10 NIV‬
‌" For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do "
God's workmanship is a lot innovative. Jesus takes fragments and blends them together to bring himself praise.
We are blended together and placed in the family of God to bring him honour and praise. The wise, the strong, the weak, the tall and the short, the educated and none educated, the rich and the poor, even the most talented, all are blended together, people from various walks of life.
We are blended together to grow and not to cast down, to build and not to destroy, to bring glory to the name of the lord.
Just look as Christ recruited tax collectors, fishermen, Jewish revolutionaries, government workers and others to be His followers. And till date Christ is still calling out people from various areas of life. Paul said, "He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does it's own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
Come in with your uniqueness, let's grow together. There is no discrepancy. We can accomplish more together than we can alone.
Don't leave your family of believers
We are made stronger together
Made better together
He knows best why He called us all together, he knows your capacity and what you can do at a time before he called yet He called you. He is using us individually as well as collectively to bring honour to His name.
Let's grow together
PRAYER
Lord help us to live together in the glory of your presence. Amen

DEVOTED HEART TO GOD
Rich or not rich, sickness or no sickness, wealth or no wealth yet that heart that is devoted unto Him pleases Him.
A successful Christian businessman shared his story with us at church. He was candid about his struggles with faith and abundant wealth. He said, "wealth scares me", why? Because of what jesus said in Luke 18:25 which says, "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of the needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God".
But he resolved and learnt a lesson from Solomon's verdict on the abundance of wealth. It is all meaningless. He determined not to let wealth get in the way of his devotion to God. Rather he decided to serve God with his wealth and help the needy.
The lord is not against your wealth and riches, he is not against your family, he is not against your health but he is against the unethical ways of life. Don't let what you have get into your devotion with your Him. He is worthy of devotion from all of us. Jehoshaphat in 2chronicles 17:5, was blessed and the kingdom was established under him yet he didn't become proud or bully others with his wealth rather his heart was devoted to the ways of the lord". Verse 6.
Devote yourself unto the lord.
PRAYER
Lord I Devote myself, my time and wealth unto you. Help me to know you more. Amen

THAT BURDEN, GOD IS STEPPING IN
It's amazing most times the burdens we bear within us yet smiling, coming to church, doing the work of God etc. it will surprise you to know what a person with a bicycle can haul or carry being heavy load, not the same with a trailer. Hauling a heavier load means moving more slowly.
Burden weighs one down, can slow ones destiny from coming to fruition. There are different kinds of burden that one can be carrying. We have financial burden, family burden, emotional, leadership etc.
For an instance, the man of God Moses, one of our great heroes of faith. He carried one kind of the weight (burden) in the wilderness — an emotional burden that as a result of his leadership that kept him in a standstill. The Israelites' intense craving for meat instead of manna had reduced them to tears. Hearing their ongoing lament, Moses said to God, " I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me"(num 11:14).
On his own, he lacks the resources necessary to fix the problem. God stepped in to help him and to solve the problem of the burden of leadership. God told him to select 70 men to stand with him and share his load.
As people of God, you don't have to handle or carry your burdens alone. God can help you, just share the burden with Him. We have jesus who is always willing and able to help us out and He has also given us brothers and sisters in this circle of life to share the load.
When we give Him (Christ) the things that weighs us down, He gives us wisdom and support in return.
God's help is only a prayer away.
Call him, He will step in and help you bear the burden and give you rest. Mt 11:28
PRAYER
LORD I drop my burdens that weighs me down at your feet.
