President Tinubu Rewards Super Falcons with $100,000, National Honours, and Housing

President Bola Tinubu has announced a cash reward of $100,000 for the Super Falcons players and officials who represented Nigeria at the just-concluded 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.

In addition to the cash gift, each player will receive a three-bedroom apartment at the Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Abuja. The President also revealed that the players will be conferred with national honours—specifically the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).

President Tinubu made this announcement on Monday evening during a reception held in honour of the team in Abuja.
