When BIC Farms Concept began in 2006, our vision was clear, we aimed to contribute to food security while empowering agripreneurs with the right knowledge, tools, and innovations.
Fast forward to 2024, at the first edition of HortiFair held in Ogun State, we connected with Dutch agritech company Horti XS a partnership that sparked groundbreaking collaboration.
Together, we are bringing Dutch expertise and innovation into Nigeria’s horticulture sector, from custom-made greenhouses to efficient local solutions using substrates as a growing medium like rice husks.
For us, It's a mission to create 1 million jobs by empowering 100,000 agripreneurs and businesses across Africa, support over 100,000 businesses across the agricultural value chains, and unlock endless opportunities for growth.
As our MD, Adebowale Onafowora, always reminds agripreneurs “What you cannot see, you cannot become. Attend training and events, meet people, learn from those ahead of you, that is how you create the change you seek.”
