Today, as the world marks World Youth Skills Day, we proudly celebrate over a decade of empowering Nigerian and African youth with relevant skills in soilless farming and agribusiness.

Under the visionary leadership of our MD/CEO of BIC Farms Concept Amb. Adebowale Onafowora, with his team has:
Trained thousands of youth across the 36 states of Nigeria including the FCT (Abuja)
Extended our impact to other parts of Africa
Established the Graduate Agripreneurship and Apprenticeship Program (GAAP)
Partnered with renowned institutions like International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to implement specialized youth programs such as Youth Agripreneurship Apprentice Program (YAAP) and Youth in Agribusiness (YAS) program
Prioritized female inclusion in agribusiness and sustainability.

These young people are now thriving doing greater exploits in the agribusiness space, leading sustainable farms, building innovative solutions, and contributing to global food security and generating massive returns for investors and their respective agribusiness ventures.

Yesterday, Farmer Samson Ogbole had the honour of taking the MD of BIC FARMS Concepts , Adebowale Onafowora on a comprehensive tour of Soilless Far to showcase the latest developments on the farm.

The visit covered key sections including the fish ponds, the storage and processing facilities, the seed bank, the agronomy laboratory, the packing house and sorting centre, the greenhouses and many other fascinating areas that make the farm a dynamic city of its own.

The MD Adebowale Onafowora celebrates the strides and expresses his delight and deep impression at the strides made so far and how it reveals the true testament to innovation and dedication in sustainable and modern agriculture.
He looks forward to even greater milestones in sustainable and modern agriculture in Nigeria and taking root across Africa.
