Why so many good men die in silence...🙇🏾💔😭😫
Some caring conversations can save a life. Do you know why so many good men die early? It is not always because of sickness. Sometimes, it is because they carry too much for too long.

A good man wakes up every morning thinking about everyone else: his wife, his children, his parents, the bills, and the future. But almost nobody asks, "Who is carrying him?"

1. You become too available.
If you’re always saying “yes,” people may start expecting your time, energy, and help without appreciating it.

2. Your needs get ignored.
When you always prioritize others, your own feelings and goals can easily be overlooked.

3. People mistake kindness for weakness.
Some people don’t respect those who never stand up for themselves.

4. You attract people who take advantage of you.
Not everyone has good intentions. Without boundaries, selfish people may see you as someone they can easily use.

5. You lose your voice.
Constantly trying to please everyone can make you afraid to express your real opinions.

6. Respect comes from boundaries.
Learning to say “no” doesn’t make you rude, it shows that you value yourself and your time.

Know This !

1. Know your worth before you enter a room.

People treat you the way you present yourself. If you don’t know your value, you’ll accept less than you deserve.

2. Set standards, not just preferences.

A preference bends. A standard doesn’t. High-quality people respect boundaries , the low-quality ones test them.

3. Stop chasing, start attracting.

Anything you chase runs. Put in the work on yourself, and the right people will find their way to you.

4. Watch how they treat people who can’t benefit them.

This is the game changer. Anyone can be nice to you when they want something. Watch how he treats the waiter, the junior colleague, the person with nothing to offer. That’s the real him.

5. Check their consistency, not their charisma.

Charisma fades. Consistency stays. A good person shows up the same way today, tomorrow, and next month.

6. Notice how they handle correction.

A high-quality person can hear “you hurt me” without turning it into a war. If every conversation becomes a battle, that’s information.

Don’t let anyone into your space who disturbs what God has been building in you.
