Something unusual happened last night, My dad asked me to go withdraw money for him cause he had something to do, on getting to the pos agent, I discovered the name on the card wasn't his name..
I quickly called him and told him to transfer the money in that account to another, possibly his card has been swapped, on getting home, my dad was surprised cause he didn't know how that came about , earlier that day my mum withdrew money with the same card and it dispensed , so what might be the problem?
My parents went back to the pos thinking it was from there the ATM card got swapped, unknowingly something odd was about to to be discovered , the agent had a camera installed in his shop, he showed them everything that happened within the time if the transaction, but still everything seemed right , so what might be the problem?
The agent then asked my dad to try withdrawing with that same card that has another name on it, surprisingly the money came out, how is this possible? A card with another name on it ? At that moment everyone knew the issue was from the bank
