A home does not just break in one day… it slowly cracks when leadership turns into control, when love is replaced with ego, and when responsibility is avoided.
Men, you are meant to be leaders but leadership is not about power.
It is about service.
A real leader does not silence his home, he listens.

He does not take, he gives.
So what is going wrong?
