Here's what converts the best and what you should focus on:

Back-in-Stock: 6.41% conversion rate
- Only 1.5% of brands use it (why so low?)
You need to have this flow live if you have a good amount of SKUs. Low volume but super high converting.

Shipping Confirmation: 2.08% conversion
Only 4.5% of brands utilize this flow… you can have a separate shipping outside of Shopify’s confirmation. Easy way to upsell when customers are already warm.

Welcome Series: 2.08% conversion
59.1% adoption (everyone runs this). Makes sense this is so high. Optimize this flow, it is the most important.

Abandoned Cart: 1.69% conversion
Even higher adoption than welcome flow… great. High converting and one of your other most important flows. Don’t just use regular templates that every other brand uses. Stand out.

Order Confirmation: 1.59% conversion
Only 10.3% use this flow for revenue… again, don’t just rely on the Shopify confirmation. Add in your own with strategic upsells and cross-sells.

Order Follow-Up: 1.06% conversion
Only 5.8% adoption. Replenishment window for consumables is a necessary and timing is everything. This is why this converts more than other abandonments.

Weird finding… Highest converting flows = lowest adoption rates.

Everyone's running abandoned cart (59.7% adoption, 1.69% conversion) while ignoring back-in-stock or different order reminders that convert at higher rates.
