Members of Nigeria’s National Assembly are not elected for status or privilege. They are elected to make laws, represent the people, and hold government accountable.
Their duty is clear:

• Create laws that improve the lives of Nigerians
• Ensure fairness and equity across the country
• Oversee how public funds are spent
• Speak for the needs of their constituents

Accountability is not a favor from leaders...it is a duty to the people.
When lawmakers remember this, democracy grows stronger. When they forget, citizens must remind them.
Africa deserves leadership built on equity, accountability, and good governance.
