Pope Leo XIV has spoken out, calling for an end to the bloodshed in Benue State, Nigeria. He has condemned the killings and urged for peace.

But let that sink in: it’s the Pope, sitting thousands of miles away, raising his voice over the slaughter of Nigerians, while the President, the one elected to protect them, stays silent. No address, no condemnation, no action. Just silence… or worse, indifference.

Our leaders don’t flinch. Not even as villages burn, families are wiped out, and blood runs through our streets. As long as the power stays in their grip and the looting continues, Nigeria can burn to ashes for all they care.

Tinubu dances. The Pope weeps.
That’s where we are.
A nation where outsiders care more for our lives than the men we call leaders. 💔🕯️

Do you know that we have 24 Catholic Churches, and only one is Roman, while the other 23 are Eastern Catholic Churches?🤔😲

Many people may not realize that when we say "Catholic," we are referring to a universal umbrella that includes various rites, and not just the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic Church, led by the Pope, is what many of us commonly associate with the word "Catholic." But did you know there are also 23 Eastern Catholic Churches that are fully Catholic too?

These are the Eastern Catholic Churches. They share the same core beliefs, yet differ in some practices, thereby establishing their own beautiful traditions, rites, and styles of worship.

For instance, some Eastern Catholic Churches follow the Byzantine Rite, the Maronite Rite, the Chaldean Rite, and others. Their way of celebrating Mass, their prayers, and even their church designs may differ, but they are equally Catholic!

💥Note: The Eastern Orthodox Churches are Christian too, but they are not in full communion with the Pope. Their leaders are called Patriarchs, while the leader of the Roman Catholic Church is called the Pope.

In the Roman Catholic Church, priests are usually celibate, while in the Eastern Catholic Churches, many priests are married, although some also choose celibacy, especially those who are called to become bishops.

So next time you say, “I’m a Catholic,” and someone asks, “Which Catholic are you?”, your answer should be either: “I’m a Roman Catholic” or “I’m an Eastern Catholic.”

And that’s perfectly beautiful! We are truly one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.

Pep wouldn’t have had the wife if he had no job cuz she wouldn’t have lived the expensive life she lived in 30 years due to his earnings from his career.

After milking the millions, she wants him pay less time to the same career she’s benefited from a lot in 30 years.

Kaka lost his wife because she complained he was too good for her. Throughout their marriage, there was no drama. Kaka was not pulling out arguments, he wasn’t cheating and was giving her the attention. She was going for all the holidays she wanted with friends. Because of being too generous, Kaka lost his wife.

De Bruyne lost his girlfriend to Courtois because Courtois cooked once for her. De Bruyne gave her everything and paid for every vacation she wanted. The one vacation she requested from him to Spain was when he lost her because Courtois cooked for her.

Richer than Icardi at the time, Lopez lost his Wanda to Icardi who bought her iPad. Years later, Wanda cheated on Icardi with his teammate, Balde.

Nigerians have been paying homage to Mike Ejeagha, the highlife artist behind the viral sound used in Brain Jotter’s dance. 😍😍

The 92-year-old musician has been receiving cash gifts, with some unconfirmed reports suggesting that Brain Jotter even gave him a car.

“Gwo Gwo Gwo” was popular in the 70s and 80s, telling the story of how the tortoise tricked his friend the elephant into believing the King wanted him (the elephant) to be the chairman of his Ofala festival, leading to the song’s title, “Ka esi le onye isi oche” (how the chairman was sold).

The cunning tortoise’s real goal was to marry the King’s daughter, who demanded an elephant as a condition for marriage.
