7 things to annihilate if you want to experience growth as an adult. Check comments for bonus point, it's my favorite. 😊

1. Fear of Failure - Mistakes aren’t final; they’re stepping stones.

Integrate failure into your growth journey. Contrary to how your upbringing has conditioned you, fail more and fast. There's a direct correlation between how much and fast you're failing and how much you're growing.

Sometimes, I set out to record the worst video I can possibly record and it turns out to
be a sensation with far more engagement. Of course, it's just a trick I play on my mind to just get the video done by any means.

2. Excuses - Growth requires ownership, not blame-shifting.

You should know that whatever you blame consistently, you also empower. Err on the side of personal responsibility.

Always be honest, and seek out how you have knowingly or unknowingly contributed to your experience or where you are.

3. Comfort Zone - Break free from what feels safe; stretching builds strength.

If you're not using it, you're losing it, and comfort conditions us toward unindustriousness. Do not savor comfortability. Taste it, enjoy for a moment and spit it out.

4. Negative Self-Talk - Stop letting your inner critic sabotage your progress.

Know this, if you can't create it in you first, or believe you're capable, you'll probably never lay hold of it.

If you have to talk to yourself, why not make it positive?

5. Comparison - Measuring your journey against others only breeds insecurity.
Comparison is perhaps the greatest thief of joy.

It's a bo***ge; a stronghold and all who desire growth must break free from it.

6. Toxic Relationships - Let go of voices and people who drain, distract, or discourage you.

If it's not drawing you nearer to God, it's most likely ripping your soul apart and not contributing to your growth and well-being.

This is not a license to avoid building capacity and mental fortitude by welcoming criticism and improving based on feedback from the people around you.

7. Procrastination – Growth demands action, not endless planning or waiting for the “perfect time.”

Growth is simply about shortening the gap between ideation and ex*****on and iteration.

Kill these, and you create the space for new habits, new opportunities, and real transformation.

How to Run Away from Being Married (Spoiler: You Can’t!)

1. Master the art of dodging wedding invitations—hide whenever family brings up “settling down.”
2. Become a world-class excuse generator: “Sorry, can’t date, I’m washing my hair for the next 3 years.”
3. Try hiding on Mars (because life will still find you).

Let’s be real: many young adults want to run from marriage because of fear—fear of the unknown, responsibilities, giving up Netflix, and the horror of sharing food. But guess what? You can’t run away from yourself! The verdict? Stand up, face it, and remember: marriage isn’t a prison—just a new season (with more laundry🤣🤣🤣).

*The Talsa of Expectation*

the the word Talsa here it's a word that has no meaning no dictionary findings yes so is our life sometimes without no meanings it comes with an expectation.
Every great achievement begins with a seed of expectation. Talsa—the inner push that keeps you standing even when everything says sit down—is the invisible force that fuels hope through storms and silence.

Expectations are not mere wishes; they are declarations that something good is coming, even if the how, when, or where is unclear. Faith stands firm when the ground shakes, and Talsa whispers, “Keep going… it’s closer than you think.” 🌱

So, wake up each day with fire in your eyes and confidence in your heart. Your blessing is not delayed—it’s in the works. Trust, wait, and prepare to receive.

Be touched by a paradox of philosophy: away from the norms

Sometimes it feels like people don’t really care about us, and in some ways, that’s true—everyone’s busy with their own lives. But here’s the twist: the more you care for yourself and show up authentically, the more you attract real connections and support. Let’s build a culture where we value ourselves and each other, so no one has to face brokenness or neglect alone.

What’s one way you show care for yourself or others lately?
