*TITUS 3:8*

"This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men."

*KEYWORD:* When God's kingdom becomes your primary pursuit and you faithfully carry out His purpose, He takes responsibility for the things that many people spend their lives chasing.

We are living in a generation where many people are more concerned about becoming successful in the eyes of men than being approved by God. Success, to many, is measured by the ability to acquire wealth, luxury, influence, and material possessions. Am I against financial prosperity? Certainly not. However, as a believer, what is your driving force in life? How do you define success? Whose approval are you pursuing? Is it the approval of God or that of men? Your greatest pursuit should be to be found faithful in Him and to finish your kingdom race well.

Many believers become discouraged when they lack money, yet they remain unconcerned when they produce little or no results for the kingdom of God. Are you the kind of believer who becomes troubled when earthly things are missing, yet remains indifferent when your spiritual life suffers? Do you place little value on serving God because of your age or stage in life? When you consider what you have accomplished, do you measure yourself by earthly achievements or by eternal impact? If you fall into any of these categories, then your priorities need to be realigned with God's priorities.

When you think about your age, your concern should not be whether you have accumulated enough of this world's possessions, but whether you have faithfully accomplished the assignment God has given you. Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." This means that when God's kingdom becomes your primary pursuit and you faithfully carry out His purpose, He takes responsibility for the things that many people spend their lives chasing.

God's focus is the fruit His Spirit produces through us and the faithfulness with which we steward what He has entrusted to us. The parable of the talents teaches us this truth clearly. Each servant was rewarded according to how faithfully he used what was committed into his care. Today, make a firm decision not to allow the cares of this world to distract you from your eternal purpose. Remember, what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul? Be kingdom minded, set your priorities right, and watch God reveal His glory through your life until you become a wonder to your generation. Hallelujah!

Heavenly Father, teach my heart to seek first Your kingdom above all else. Align my desires with Your will and help me to trust that as I follow You, every need will be supplied according to Your perfect plan. Remove every distraction from my life and fill me with a passion for Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Help me to remain faithful to the assignment You have committed into my hands. *KEYWORD:* Whenever you come before God in prayer, come in faith, believing that He is able to accomplish His purpose concerning your life.

There are moments when life presents situations that appear impossible to overcome. Broken relationships, the loss of loved ones, financial difficulties, health challenges, missed opportunities, and seasons of grief can leave you feeling helpless. In such moments, it may seem as though all hope is gone, especially when there appears to be no one to turn to for help. Yet it is precisely in these moments that you should bring every impossibility before God without reservation, knowing that you are never without hope. Nothing is too difficult, too broken, or too far beyond His reach for His divine intervention.

Our opening scripture reminds us that what is impossible with men is possible with God. Whatever your need may be, God is able to meet it according to His perfect will. There is no situation that intimidates Him and no challenge beyond His power. He is not intimidated or overwhelmed by the size of your dreams or by the weight of your demands and circumstances. Rather, He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us.

The Scriptures are filled with testimonies of men and women who trusted in God's ability and witnessed Him do the impossible. Abraham and Sarah received the promised son in their old age. The Red Sea parted before the children of Israel. Lazarus was raised from the dead. Above all, Jesus Christ rose triumphantly from the grave. Therefore, whenever you come before God in prayer, come in faith, believing that He is able to accomplish His purpose concerning your life. Trust His power, rely on His promises, and refuse to surrender to despair. Remember also the words of Jesus, "All things are possible to him that believeth." Hallelujah!

*PRAYER:*
Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God with whom all things are possible. I choose today to place every challenge, every burden, and every impossibility into Your hands. Strengthen my faith to trust You completely, even when I cannot see the way forward. I believe that nothing is too hard for You and that You are faithful to fulfil every promise You have spoken concerning my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

*EPHESIANS 6:18 (NET)*

"With every prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit, and to this end be alert, with all perseverance and requests for all the saints."

*KEYWORD:* united prayer is powerful and effective. Never underestimate what God can accomplish through the prayers of His people.

Across the world today, Christians experience persecution in different ways because of their faith in Christ. In some nations, believers are imprisoned, attacked, or even killed for proclaiming the Gospel. In other places, opposition comes through discrimination, restrictions, or hostility toward those who openly identify with Christ. Jesus warned us that these things would happen, so we should not be surprised when we hear such reports.

The days of Queen Esther remind us that there have always been people like Haman whose hearts are filled with hatred against God's people. Esther 3:7 records how Haman cast Pur in preparation for his wicked plan to destroy the Jews. His actions revealed a heart completely opposed to God's covenant people. Even today, Satan continues to stir opposition against the Church through individuals who resist the Gospel and seek to hinder its spread. As believers, our response is not fear but earnest and continual prayer.

Genesis 6:5 tells us that the imagination of man's heart can become continually evil when people reject God's ways. This reminds us that the enemy seeks to influence hearts and minds to oppose God's purposes. That is why the Church must faithfully stand in the place of intercession, praying for the safety of believers, the preservation of the faith, and the unhindered advancement of the Gospel throughout the nations.

The early Church understood this responsibility. When Peter was imprisoned, "prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him" (Acts 12:5). God answered those prayers with a miraculous deliverance. This teaches us that united prayer is powerful and effective. Rather than waiting until persecution becomes overwhelming, let us continually pray for believers everywhere, asking God to strengthen them, preserve them, and cause His Word to spread with even greater power. Never underestimate what God can accomplish through the prayers of His people. Shalom!

Dear Heavenly Father, I embrace my priestly responsibility to stand in prayer for Your Church around the world. Strengthen every believer facing persecution, preserve our faith, and let Your Gospel continue to spread with boldness and power. *FOCUS BEGINS WITH VISION (II)*

*JOEL 2:28*
"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions."

*KEYWORD:* When you begin to see yourself the way God sees you, your life will begin to move in that same direction.

One of the most important things in your life after being born again is spiritual vision. One of the reasons the Holy Spirit fills your life is to open your spiritual eyes so you can see what God wants you to see. As far as you can see is how far you can go.

Genesis 13:14 to 15 "And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever."

Without spiritual sight you are limited. Without vision you cannot make steady progress in the purpose of God for your life.

Proverbs 29:18 "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he." Without vision, people cast off restraint. Your life is greatly influenced by how you see yourself through God's Word. The way you are living today is largely a reflection of how you see yourself. This is why when someone is troubled, discouraged, or emotionally wounded, it is often reflected in the person's attitude, speech, appearance, and decisions.

However, when that person begins to see himself differently through the Word of God and says, "I am important. I am special. God has a purpose for my life," everything begins to change. His confidence changes. His attitude changes. Even the way he carries himself begins to change, not because he wants to impress anyone, but because his understanding of who he is has changed.

When you begin to see yourself the way God sees you, your life will begin to move in that same direction. The Holy Spirit has come to help you see rightly. Therefore, refuse every wrong picture the enemy presents to your mind and embrace the vision God is revealing to you through His Word. Hallelujah!

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit who opens my eyes to see the things You want me to see. I receive grace to see clearly, walk in Your purpose, and remain focused on every vision You reveal to me. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

*FOCUS BEGINS WITH VISION (I)*
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026

*MATTHEW 6:22*
"The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."

*KEYWORD:* When your heart is filled with God's Word, His Word begins to paint the right picture within you.

God comes into your life by His Spirit to transform the way you see. Before your life changes outwardly, your vision must first change inwardly. Whenever you hear words, you do not simply hear sounds. Words produce pictures, and those pictures shape the vision of your heart.

This is why God asked Adam, "Who told thee that thou wast naked?" (Genesis 3:11). Adam's perception changed because of what he listened to. God wanted Adam to understand that what he had received had altered the way he now saw himself. The question is, what words are shaping your vision today?

A man cannot consistently rise above the vision he carries in his heart. You cannot go beyond your vision. You cannot grow beyond your vision. You cannot accomplish beyond your vision. This is why the words you continually receive are so important. Jesus said, "The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63). When your heart is filled with God's Word, His Word begins to paint the right picture within you. That picture builds faith, direction and focus to keep moving forward.

Whenever God visits a man, He gives him His Word to create vision in that man's heart. Then He brings him to the point where he must see what God is saying. This was exactly what happened to Jeremiah. Jeremiah 1:11 "Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree."

Notice that after God spoke, He asked Jeremiah what he saw. It is important that you see what God is saying to you. When your heart agrees with God's vision, you are positioned to walk confidently in His purpose. A focused believer is one who continually allows God's Word to shape what he sees. Again, Jeremiah 1:12 says "Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it."

The word hasten means to watch over or bring to pass speedily. God told Jeremiah that because he had seen correctly, He Himself would bring His Word to fulfilment. How much of what God has been speaking to you have you truly seen? As you continue to behold His Word, your focus will become clearer, your faith will become stronger and you will walk confidently in the direction He has prepared for you. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER:*
Dear heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word that continually shapes my vision and aligns my heart with Your purpose. Open my eyes to see what You are saying in every season of my life. I receive the grace to remain focused and to walk in the fulfilment of every assignment You have prepared for me in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

*PSALM 31:15*
"My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me."

*KEYWORD:* Your assignment is important, and if you neglect the place of prayer, you can become defeated without even realizing it.

Are your times in God's hands? Do you recognize this truth and walk conscious of it daily? When we say "times", it speaks of every season, experience and matter concerning your life being under God's authority. It also means that you have willingly allowed Him to take the lead and direct your steps according to His purpose.

This is you saying, Lord, I do not want to walk outside the path You have designed for me. I want Your wisdom, Your direction and Your leadership over every area of my life. When a man understands this, he is able to depend on God for strength and deliverance from every opposition that seeks to weaken his faith and separate him from his love for God and His kingdom.

God's kingdom is very important, and that is why Jesus instructed us to seek it first. You must understand that there are forces that oppose the advancement of God's purpose in the earth and in the lives of His children. They will try to bring distractions, weariness and discouragement so that a believer begins to lose focus on what God has called him to do.

When the enemy launches attacks, the pressure can sometimes become so heavy that a person begins to lose interest in prayer, becomes discouraged in hearing God's voice and struggles to continue trusting Him. This is why you must remain conscious that your times are in God's hands.

Each day must see you rise in prayer and seek the Lord earnestly. Your assignment is important, and if you neglect the place of prayer, you can become defeated without even realizing it. You must continually remind yourself that only God has the wisdom and strength to guide your steps and establish His purpose for your life.

Depend on God for strategies that will help you overcome every challenge and refuse to surrender any area of your life to the enemy. Your heart will not fail and your love for God will not grow cold when the consciousness of His leadership remains strong within you.

Your times are in His hands, and the One who holds your life is faithful to preserve you. Shalom!

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that my times are in Your hands. Thank you for Your guidance, protection and faithfulness over my life daily. "And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him."

*KEYWORD:* God desires that you grow, mature and walk in the freedom Christ has provided.

There are many Christians today who do not realize that their lives have been going in circles for a long time. They keep following the same pattern: making a mistake, repenting, returning to the same mistake again, repenting again, and then returning once more to that same place. It almost feels as though they have not fully moved away from the situation God delivered them from before they begin to walk back into it again.

They seem to have become comfortable with the idea that just as God raised judges to deliver Israel whenever they cried out for mercy, God will always rescue them without requiring any change from them.

However, they forget that where God has brought us to today is far greater because of what Christ has accomplished for us. We now have a covenant of sonship through Christ and have been called kings and priests unto God. Because of this, we are not expected to continue living carelessly in patterns that dishonour the Father. We are called to live in a way that reveals Christ and causes others to desire the God we serve.

When this becomes absent in a believer's life, such a person may never grow into the maturity and purpose God has prepared for them.

God's help in bringing us out was never meant for us to keep returning to the same bo***ge. His grace is not given so that we can remain unchanged, but so that we can receive strength to live differently. Some people remain trapped in repeated cycles because they have not fully surrendered those areas of their lives to God and allowed His Word to transform them.

Will you continue moving in circles and delay the fulfilment of God's purpose for your life? God desires that you grow, mature and walk in the freedom Christ has provided. Today, make the decision to leave behind what God has delivered you from and move forward in His strength. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Lord, I do not want to keep living my life in circles and remain stagnant in my walk with You. I surrender every area of weakness to You today and ask for strength to remain committed and faithful to Your ways. Help me to walk in the freedom and purpose You have prepared for me in Jesus’ name.

*GOD IS THE ONE WHO LIFTS YOU (I)*

"Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen: a people which I knew not shall serve me. Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: as soon as they hear, they shall be obedient unto me. Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be afraid out of their close places."

*KEYWORD:* God's ability to help a man goes beyond meeting his needs. He desires to lead, teach and position His children according to His purpose.

We are in a world today where many people do not fully understand what God can do in their lives. You see many labouring day after day, depending only on their strength, wisdom and ability to handle every situation that comes their way. They either refuse to acknowledge the Creator who has the power to sustain His creation or they believe in Him but fail to surrender to His guidance and direction.

God's ability to help a man goes beyond meeting his needs. He desires to lead, teach and position His children according to His purpose. When a man follows God's direction, he begins to experience the advantage that comes from walking with the Almighty.

There are times when people will rise against you, question your progress or resist what God is doing in your life. However, when you look at the life of David, you will understand that opposition does not mean God has abandoned you. The same God who allowed David to face battles was also the God who delivered him from every enemy and established him in victory.

The nations that David fought against were not just seeking a battle. They wanted to defeat Israel and bring them under their control. But God had a different plan. Instead of David becoming subject to them, God positioned him above them. This is why David said in 2 Samuel 22:44, "Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen." He recognized that his elevation was not because of his strength alone but because of God's hand upon his life.

Never forget that God is able to preserve you through opposition and bring you into the place He has prepared for you. Your trust should not be in human strength or connections but in the God who lifts men according to His purpose. When He establishes a man, no opposition can stop what He has ordained. Hallelujah!

Lord Jesus, I thank you because my elevation comes from Your hand and not from the approval of men. Help me to trust Your direction and remain faithful to Your purpose for my life. Establish me according to Your will and give me victory over every opposition in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

*A DELICATE RESPONSIBILITY (III)*

*PSALM 145:4*
"One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts."

*KEYWORD:* A child who is properly guided can grow to preserve and continue the godly legacy entrusted to him.

Our opening scripture is exactly what God envisions when He looks upon men on the earth in every nation and home. God knows the joy that will fill His heart when from one generation to another His works, acts, and ways are communicated in full measure. He knows that when people remember Him and walk in His ways, their lives become aligned with His purpose. This is why He does not play with the responsibility given to parents and teachers to educate children rightly.

The word "delicate" in the topic can imply carefully, cautiously, wisely, and rightly. If God knows that a child will one day rise to become an heir and fulfil a purpose in life, then how that child begins matters greatly. What is sown into that child's mind, what he is given access to, what he is exposed to, and what forms his philosophy for life are all critical matters.

All these things play a role in shaping the person that child will become. A child who is properly guided can grow to preserve and continue the godly legacy entrusted to him. This is why the responsibility of raising children must never be treated lightly.

Some of you who desire to have children but do not have any yet should also understand that there are opportunities to positively influence the lives of children around you. A child does not necessarily have to be related to you by blood before you can show love, guidance, and care towards that child. With wisdom and commitment, you can become a godly influence in the life of another person and help them grow in the ways of the Lord.

God showed that He was not a respecter of persons when He brought Israel out of captivity in Egypt. Those who desired to follow after the true God were welcomed among His people. God continues to welcome all who choose to follow Him and walk according to His ways.

Today, what our society and future will become rests upon the responsibility we take seriously now. Let us teach rightly, live as examples, and allow God's word to be the loudest voice heard in our homes and communities. Praise God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Lord, You are truly committed to seeing children raised in Your ways. I ask that You help me remain faithful to this responsibility and never deviate from carefully instructing every child You have entrusted to my care according to Your word in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*A DELICATE RESPONSIBILITY (II)*

*GALATIANS 4:7*
"Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ."

*KEYWORD:* When a child is left to make decisions without proper guidance and instruction, he can easily be led into error and eventually experience the consequences of wrong choices.

At no point has God ignored how His children and the generations after them are to be raised. Do you see how throughout Scripture God continually encourages men to look into His law and teach it to their children after them? Deuteronomy 11:19 says, "And ye shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."

God was conscious that if a godly generation was to be raised, His word and truth had to become the foundation of their upbringing. This is why God instructed His people not only to know His ways but to intentionally pass them on to the next generation.

Every generation, beginning from every home, has been entrusted with this delicate responsibility of raising children in the ways of the Lord. Children must be taught that their identity is not found in worldly systems or ungodly influences but in God who created them. They must understand that through Christ they have been called into a relationship with God, where they can walk in His purpose and plans for their lives.

When a child is left to make decisions without proper guidance and instruction, he can easily be led into error and eventually experience the consequences of wrong choices. However, when parents and families take responsibility to teach, guide, and model God's ways before them, they are sowing seeds that can produce lasting fruit in generations yet unborn.

Those in positions of influence can also contribute greatly by creating environments where truth, righteousness, and godly values are respected. When leaders understand the importance of shaping society with wisdom and integrity, it creates a foundation where children can grow and become men and women who fulfil God's purpose for their lives.

If families, communities, and those with influence embrace this responsibility, we will see generations rise who know God, walk in His ways, and possess all that He has prepared for them. Shalom!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Father, I take charge today by choosing to stand in the right place and become a vessel for raising a godly generation for You. Help me to teach, guide, and influence those around me according to Your word. I commit those in positions of influence into Your hands; give them wisdom to uphold truth and righteousness in Jesus’ name. Amen.
