And what I learnt from him that we tend to think about our goals with so much self-esteem that we don't review constantly whether we are progressing or not with or without it.
Actually over the past few months when I found this, it hit me.
First of all, there was a huge difference between who I wanted to be and what I was actually supposed to do to get there.
I was constantly waiting for motivation to actually take action when you must have to take action for the motivation to come.
Then I knew I had to change some habits of mine. And since then I haven't regretted a thing. I started exercising and reading and writing and of course, this Instagram account. And for the last tip:
Even if you feel like you are progressing, you actually have to constantly review your goals then find out what point you are exactly in your journey.
