Focusing can be difficult when you’ve had a bad situation BUT asking the Holy Spirit to call you could help you cry and release all the energy and yes it might take a while BUT focus will be gained. Focus helps success and if you allow that situation distract you for too long then succeeding can become distant.
The Holy Spirit is available for a reason (A comforter, a reminder of why we are here and whose we are, a teacher and even a great listener) deploy Him today and be fine tomorrow. Men awaits your dimensions, don’t wallow is that bad situation
