Buhari mistake Hurting Nigerians, Federal Character Commission Chairperson Muheeba Dankaka Replaced 13 existing staff with her family and friends from Offa Kwara State

PETITION AGAINST DR FAREEDA MUHEEBA DANKAKA THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRPERSON OF THE FEDERAL CHARACTER COMMISSION, FOR ABUSE OF OFFICE, NEPOTISM AND UNLAWFUL REPLACEMENT OF THIRTEEN (13) DULY ENGAGED EMPLOYEES OF THE COMMISSION WITH FRIENDS AND RELATIVES FROM HER HOMETOWN –OFFA KWARA STATE.
We hereby solicit your support in redressing our unjust stoppage of our Salaries from the Federal Character Commission. According to this letter, Dr. Muheeba Fareeda Dankaka, Chairperson of this commission unilaterally and unjustly substituted the thirteen (13) of us in table below on no just ground and replacing us with friends and relatives from her home town OFFA in Kwara state (Knowing fully that we have no government connection, less privileged have disabled persons and orphan within us).

In furtherance to obtaining their appointment letter, the affected persons enrolled in the Integrated Payroll and Personal Information System on June 2020, and were accordingly paid their first salary on July 2020 having complied and satisfied all the requirement. Unfortunately, due to the Federal Government stay at home directive of the COVID-19 which affected all civil servants within GRADE LEVEL 1-12, we were unable to resume our respective duties in August 2020 when public offices were reopened.
Suddenly, to our chagrin and dismay our Salary were not paid in August 2020, and when we inquired as to the reasons why our salaries were not paid, we discovered that our names have been unlawfully substituted by the Executive Chairperson Dr Muheeba Fareeda Dankaka and the said names largest consist of family and cronies of the aforesaid Executive chairperson.
We sent Petition to the Senate President
We were invited by Senate Committee on Ethics, privilege and public petition a committee comprises of 15 Senators to face the Chairperson of Federal Character Commission in a meeting that was slated to be public hearing but was turned to a close door meeting in the senate chairman committee of ethics, privileges and public Petitions office with only the Senate committee chairman only in present(Nigeria my country) and we were force to Write a RETRACTION LETTER UNDER DURESS.
Humbly put ma, it may also interest you to know that all 13 staff that were disengaged were not communicated to as it is in the CIVIL SERVICE RULE but our name was place on the page of DAILY TRUST NEWS PAPER of March 11 2021 as DISCLAIMER.
Attached is NOMINAL ROLL OF FCC to prove that she replaced us with friends and relative from her home town OFFA KWARA STATE.
More than 13 of newly engaged employees are directly from her home-town, Offa, Kwara State. Is this not against the Federal Character of the Federal Character Commission Dr Muheeba Dankaka controls?
Formal NCSU President, Comrade Lawrence Amaechi compromised and distorted. This was done after a clandestine meeting with the representative of the Federal Character Commission resulting to the NCSU President to order the Federal Council NCSU Abuja branch which has had 3 different meeting with FCC leaders on our case to wash its hands off our matter and submit all case file to his table as President of the UNION.
SECURITY THREAT TO OUR LIFE
Recently, we have been receiving a lot of strange calls from unknown people of threat to our lives. We believe this is connected to our struggles and commitment to seek justice from the unmerited disengagement from the FCC. The chairperson may feel angry and sensed a threat to her office but we could not fold our arms to being cheated in this manner. God is the provider of supreme security; we all believe that. Henceforth, we have no choice but to put it on record that, in case any dangerous attempt is made on our life (God forbids), we would intimate the media, our friends and family of the direction the action is likely to come from.
We are pleading to Nigerians to assist us and stand against injustice so the perpetrators will not do such act in any form or guise have a place or resurface in our country.
