MADE IN NIGERIA🇳🇬: Let's pour into, support and grow ourselves to Prosper.
Have you asked yourself when will we be confident and comfortable enough to stamp MADE IN NIGERIA & MADE IN AFRICA on all the products made in our country and continent?
I once had a discussion with someone who sells Agro products and she said to me that they prefer to use printed bags of foreign brands of those items to bag their products in order to have higher sales since people already trust those global brands.
Can you imagine how much we can achieve if we love & believe in ourselves enough to support ourselves and be patient to do the hardwork of growing our brands with the label - MADE IN NIGERIA, MADE IN AFRICA.
As business creators, we are all Ambassadors of our country. As we push our innovative and high quality products and services with the green and white tag across the nations, we are all playing our part in rewriting the narrative of our nation - for good.
Gone are the days where people shy away from buying products made in Nigeria on the account of low quality, packaging and price. The story is rapidly changing and big thanks to all the amazing Nigerian Ideapreneurs who are changing this narrative.
Enough of not supporting ourselves by buying what we produce.
Let's pour into ourselves: when we are full and overflow, everywhere go soft and we all go dey alright.
I know that there's the place where the Government needs to do a lot in creating policies, and support to help businesses grow, but we can't wait for the Government, we must plow our way through.
If all of us who make products and services deliberately add MADE IN NIGERIA, MADE IN AFRICA to our branding, packaging and messaging, it will go a long way to increase the believability of our products at home and abroad.
The good thing is that, we already have Nigerian brands changing the narrative at home & abroad; but it's time to take it to dizzy heights and take the world 🌍
Nigeria; it's our time. Africa is waiting, the world is waiting, let's rise to the game.
I'll be sharing some areas I think we need to pay some attention to in building and promoting our brands and exporting them to the world.
Tag people who have products in that area in the comment section and please share this post.
