In 1998, at Harvest Time Bread in Kansas, two maintenance workers—*David Mayes* and another man—were tragically killed. They were sent into an industrial oven for maintenance, unaware that it was still active. Due to a miscommunication or safety failure, the oven was turned on while they were inside. Both men were *burnt alive*, leading to a horrifying workplace accident. The incident raised serious concerns about *industrial safety protocols*, *lockout/tagout procedures*, and accountability. It remains a tragic example of preventable workplace deaths.

Chris Kyle was a U.S. Navy SEAL sniper, known as the deadliest sniper in American military history with over 160 confirmed kills. He served four tours in Iraq, earning several commendations for bravery. After retiring, he wrote a bestselling autobiography, *American Sniper*, which was later adapted into a film. Kyle dedicated his post-military life to helping fellow veterans with PTSD. Tragically, he was shot and killed in 2013 by a veteran he was trying to help at a shooting range in Texas. His death shocked the nation and highlighted the mental health struggles many soldiers face after service. RIP KING
