It is another Monday in Ala Igbo, and we are still sitting at home in Nnewi where I reside.

We have sat at home for so long that many have forgotten the reason the Sit at Home began. All they know is, Monday should now be left as a No Work Day.

Our ancestors in their philosophical nature warned, arụ gba ahọ ọ bụrụ omenala. If an evil or an abomination is allowed to fester, the evil will become the new normal.

Ladies and gentlemen, the abomination called sit at home, ably introduced by the anti-Igbo group known as IPOB, has become the new normal in Ala Igbo.

People often ask, what exactly has IPOB done for Ala Igbo? Well, you have your answer.

Whether this contribution is positive or negative is dependant on who you ask.

However, one thing is sure, once you meet anyone that hates Ala Igbo or a lazy fellow, the person will tell you Sit at Home is a good thing, it should be left the way IPOB beautifully designed it.

Arụ gba ahọ ọbụrụ omenala!

Evolution is a scientific fact supported by fossils, genetics, and real-time observation.

Ultimately, it is one of the most well-supported and foundational principles in modern science, backed by an overwhelming body of evidence.

Let’s dive into the evidence and what we know about where we came from.

Fossils reveal clear records of species transformation over millions of years, including transitional forms that show how ancient species gradually gave rise to modern ones.

Genetics adds another layer of confirmation, uncovering shared DNA sequences that point to a common ancestry among all living organisms. These genetic similarities—whether in fruit flies or humans—are impossible to ignore and provide a molecular map of evolutionary history.

But evolution isn’t just something that happened in the distant past—it’s happening right now. The rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and pesticide-resistant insects are real-time examples of natural selection, one of evolution’s key mechanisms. Other forces like genetic mutation, recombination, and genetic drift also help explain how species adapt and diverge over generations. With a solid theoretical foundation and observable phenomena to match, evolution stands as both a scientific fact and a powerful explanatory framework for understanding the diversity of life on Earth.

It is rare to find that a Muslim has died and his children are fighting over his property. Why? Because Islam makes provision for the sharing of a deceased Muslim's assets. That is one reason why I respect Islam. From birth to death, the religion gives clarity to its adherents.

How to sleep and wake up, how to use the bathroom and toilet, and other issues affecting personal hygiene. How to dress and what to eat. How to relate with family according to age, gender, and role. How to fraternise with neighbours and strangers. How to eat. How to make, handle, lend, gift, and request money. How to sell in the market and how to bargain.

Islam helps simplify the life of Muslims by automatically making decisions for them ahead of time, so they can free up mental energy and focus it on their personal and familial fulfilments.

And there are similar benefits in Christianity and Judaism as faiths, including the Ten Commandments, which help in preserving social order, by providing a framework to love God and to love your neighbour as yourself

There is also the example of Yeshua's (Jesus) selfless and sacrificial life and His teachings about loving your enemies and using one's talents instead of buying them, amongst other things.

In my opinion, Nigeria would be a better place if we could adjust our academic curricula such that Muslim pupils compulsorily take Christian Religious Knowledge and Christian students mandatorily study Islamic Religious Knowledge.

The more we learn about each other as a people, the more we will live in peace, harmony and prosperity as a nation, and be a good example of peaceful religious coexistence to humanity.

As a man, if you walk into a room full of single ladies, and your eyes start searching for the 'lesser' one amongst them, you have a big smallness and esteem issue.

MY MESSAGE TO VERYDARKMAN

I find it hard to believe that you think one container of goods could crash the entire country's market prices. That's quite an ambitious claim! Established companies like Slot, Fine Brothers, Paul Feng, and others have built reputations for integrity in the gadget industry, with branches in nearly every state in Nigeria, yet they don't control the market. Do you really think you can single-handedly dominate the market when these giants haven't? It seems like you're underestimating the complexity of Nigeria's market.

I admire your passion and efforts, but I urge you to shift your focus from targeting legitimate business owners who operate without coercing customers. Instead, address the economic policies that are stifling small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria. Import duties and other fees often cost as much as the products themselves, severely impacting businesses.

I suggest you conduct a root cause analysis of why imported goods are so expensive, particularly focusing on the challenges posed by foreign exchange rates. Rather than criticizing importers, highlight the systemic issues driving up costs.

I know some of your supporters might criticize me for this, but I believe I'm speaking the truth. While I appreciate much of what you do, I think your approach with this China trip misses the mark.

Sincerely,
Mc A-1
