*LABOUR PARTY SPARKS HOPE IN AKHARUMÁH VILLAGE as Amb. Ighodaro Mobilizes Women, Youths for September 21st Election*

In his customary move of galvanising support for the Labour Party in the upcoming Edo state gubernatorial election, Ambassador Christopher Ighodaro, the Edo North Senatorial Leader of the party, took the message of hope to the women and youths of Akharumáh village in Auchi.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, the Senatorial Leader appealed to them to come out en masse on September 21st to vote for the Labour Party, promising a brighter future for Edo state.

Ambassador Ighodaro outlined the party's plans to transform Edo state, including building primary healthcare centres in each of the 192 wards, investing in agriculture, electrifying the state, providing adequate security, constructing roads, and prioritizing education. The women and youths were impressed by the party's comprehensive agenda, which addresses the critical needs of the state.

At the meeting convened by Comrade Innocent Ekaba and his team, saw a significant shift in the sentiment of the women and youths, who had previously lost faith in the political process. They confessed that they had been taken for granted by the PDP and APC in the past, but Ambassador Ighodaro's message and the presence of their distinguished son, Alhaji Prince Yusuf Asamah Kadiri, convinced them to vote for the Labour Party.

The women and youths pledged to mobilize their communities to support the Labour Party, acknowledging that it was time for a change in Edo state. The meeting was attended by notable leaders of the party, including the Etsako West Ward 3 women leader and members of The Ambassadors Group who accompanied Ambassador Ighodaro.

AMB. IGHODARO ENGAGES IGBIRA WOMEN IN IBIENAFE COMMUNITY

The Edo North Senatorial Leader of the Labour Party, Ambassador Christopher Ighodaro, has taken the message of hope for a better Edo of Barrister Olumide Osaigbovo Akpata and Alhaji Yusuf Asamah Kadiri of the Labour Party, to Igbira women community in Ibienafe.

At the event which was aimed at garnering grassroots support, Amb. Ighodaro speaking under the auspices of Ambassador Christopher Ighodaro Movement For Better Life (ACIMFBL), which is his brainchild, described the Party's Governorship Candidate and Deputy Governorship Candidate; Olumide Osaigbovo Akpata and Alhaji Yusuf Asamah Kadiri as individuals of impeccable character who have distinguished themselves in their professions and appealed to the women to support the "OK ticket" . He further assured them that the Labour Party's victory in Edo state would bring about significant democratic benefits.

Addressing the Women, the Chairperson of ACIMFBL Mrs Theresa Ighodaro, stressed that the Movement founded by her husband was established to assist vulnerable and needy women in Etsako and Afemai regions. She further urged the women to lend their unwavering support to the movement inorder to ensure the Victory of Labour Party in the September Gubernatorial election in Edo State.

Responding, Mrs Shaibu, the spokesperson for the Igbira women, expressed gratitude to Ambassador Ighodaro for acknowledging their community. She assured him of their unwavering support and promised to rally the Igbira women in Etsako to support the Labour Party candidates.

The gathering underscored the Labour Party's commitment to connecting with local communities, addressing their needs and ensuring an inclusive and responsive governance in Edo state.
