I had the privilege of talking to a group of corp members sensitising them of the needlearning a digital skill.

After a 10 minute talk with them, explaining how a digital skill can change their life for good.

I made an illustration of a lady who lost her dad and things got bad for her and her family.

She happens to be the first child, and her siblings and mom are relying on her as she is now a graduate, so she wants to get a good job that can sustain her and her family.

I encouraged her to learn a digital skill with us and then work hard to be the best at the skill.

A few months later she got a good paying job working from home 🏡.

After telling this story, a lady called me a day after crying, she said while I was talking it was as if I was telling her story of how she lost her dad 2 months ago and ever since her mom and siblings are her responsibility.

She told me she wants a change of story like the one I spoke about.

The honest truth is, no matter the level you are, you will definitely need a change of story.

Is SEO really dead like they say ?

In a competitive niche like tech, I did some local keyword research and found a loop where I can scale my clients monthly leads.

After keyword optimization and creating few landing pages and blog posts, I was able to maximise impressions to get more clicks.

Mind you there was no backlink strategy implemented.

I have come to realise everyone on earth 🌎 wants to be respected at all time in respective of their age.

In my neighbourhood, an elderly woman started a POS 💰 business few months ago.

This woman should be in her late 50's and all she did was to put an umbrella 🏖️ and a table to run her business.

One amazing 👏 thing about this woman is, whenever you walk pass her stand she will definitely be the first to greet you.

At some point she knees down to greet you even when she knows she is old enough to be your mother.

Do you know she calls me daddy 👀 😎 but that's not the point.

She goes as far as praying 🙏 for you and also blessing your day as you go to work and to be honest often time her prayers give you this calmness.

Many thought 🤔 she was faking this attitude, but over time we have come to realise it's her nature.

Do you know because of her attitude, people come as far as a 10 minute walk to patronise her.

Oftentimes I have seen myself leave vendors close by to patronise her. Not minding the distance from my place to her place of business.

This article is to let you know how far respecting other people can positively impact things around you.

As employers, the more you respect does working for you, the more productive they become.
