At PRINCESTON, we believe every client relationship should rest on a clear understanding of who we are and how we can serve you. We are writing today to share an overview of our practice, our people, and the breadth of legal support available to you whenever the need arises.
PRINCESTON Legal Practitioners is a full-service commercial law firm based in Abuja, built on a foundation of responsiveness, technical rigour, and genuine commitment to our clients' outcomes. Whether you are a business owner navigating a regulatory question, an individual facing a legal dispute, or an organisation structuring a major transaction, our objective is the same: to give you sound counsel and decisive representation, every time.
OUR TEAM
1. Prince Ezeabata Chibuzor, Esq. — Founding Managing Partner. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025, with an LL.B from the University of Abuja and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. Prince leads the firm's litigation, corporate advisory, and client strategy work.
2. Olabowale Joseph Kunlere, Esq. — Partner, Corporate Commercial & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Olabowale anchors our corporate transactional practice and oversees mediation and arbitration matters where litigation is not the most efficient path to resolution.
Usman Auwal Rimi, Esq. — Partner, Technology Law & ADR. Usman brings specialised expertise in technology-related legal matters and dispute resolution, supporting clients navigating the intersection of innovation and regulation.
Favour Nnenna Macauley — Administrative Associate. She coordinate client communications and ensure your interactions with the firm are smooth, timely, and well-managed from start to finish.

We advise and represent clients across the following core areas:
1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution — representation before the High Courts, Court of Appeal, National Industrial Court, and Magistrate Courts, spanning civil, criminal, employment, land, and matrimonial matters.
2. Criminal Defence — including financial fraud allegations, EFCC and ICPC matters, fundamental rights enforcement, and bail applications
3. Corporate & Commercial Law — business incorporation, shareholders' agreements, franchise and partnership structuring, contract drafting and review
4. Real Estate & Property Law — legal drafting for land transactions, title verification (including AGIS processes), tenancy and lease agreements, trespass and recovery of premises matters
5. Intellectual Property — trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection, and IP risk advisory for businesses and manufacturers
6. Employment Law — contracts, wrongful termination claims, worker classification under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, and workplace dispute resolution
7. Regulatory Compliance — advisory across regulated sectors, ensuring your business operations align with current Nigerian law
8. Technology Law — legal support for businesses operating in or adjacent to the technology and digital economy
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution — mediation and arbitration as efficient alternatives to courtroom litigation
HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
Legal needs rarely arrive at a convenient time, and they rarely fall into only one category. Whether you are facing a financial fraud allegation that requires immediate criminal defence, need a watertight legal draft for a land transaction, are structuring a new business, or simply want a trusted firm on standby for whatever comes next; PRINCESTON is built to respond.
We encourage you to reach out the moment a legal question or concern arises, however large or small. Early legal guidance is almost always more effective, and more affordable, than a delayed response to a matter that has already escalated.
We remain genuinely grateful for your trust in us, and we look forward to continuing to serve you.
