It's unhealthy and frankly, heartbreaking, to see people follow creators on social media just to tear them down. No matter what a content creator postsβwhether it's about their work, their family, or their daily lifeβthey shouldn't have to face constant insults.
I saw Nkubi's post about the struggles they've been facing, and it's a perfect example. They had to create a new page just to keep sharing their content. It makes me wonder: why do people who get joy from bullying feel the need to follow them to a new page?
If you don't like someone's content, the most peaceful thing you can do is simply block them. Social media should be a place for connection, not for constant negativity.
If you don't like a creator's content, whether they share their kids or their work, just unfollow or block them. Why do we feel the need to tear others down? Let's make this space a little more positive.
