Possible Solutions for the New Windows 11 24H2 update issues:

Update SSD Firmware
Western Digital has released a firmware update to address the issue. You can download the Western Digital Dashboard tool and flash the latest firmware on your SSD.

Disable HMB Allocation
Alternatively, you can disable HMB allocation by modifying the Windows Registry. However, this may affect SSD performance.

You can Wait for Microsoft's Patch
Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working with Western Digital to block affected hardware from receiving the Windows 11 24H2 update until the firmware is updated

IMPORTANT UPDATES

Windows 11 24H2 has been causing Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issues with certain Solid-State Drives (SSDs), particularly Western Digital and SanDisk models. The problem arises from a compatibility issue between the SSDs and the new Windows update.
