1.Dump the myth that breakfast is a must
2.Do intermittent fasting
3. Your first meal of the day should be protein packed not carbo packed
4. Be active
5.6-8 hours of sleep every night is a must
6. Fruits and vegetables and fibre should be part of your diet
7. Be an intentionally happy
