P***s captivus can result from a condition called vaginismus. Vaginismus involves involuntary spasms in a female's pelvic floor muscles.
To address vaginismus at home, focus on pelvic floor exercises like Kegels, relaxation techniques, and potentially using va**nal dilators. Kegels, or pelvic floor exercises, help strengthen and retrain the pelvic floor muscles, which can improve control and reduce spasms.

Community Stories Nigeria is a community-based journalism platform created by Journalists Initiative for Youth Empowerment (Ji4Ye) on July 1, 2016, where local news stories that have been left out of mainstream media, are dispassionately told.
Our stories are not decided by politicians, government or corporate entities, who own, control or patronizes mainstream media.
Our stories are FROM the people and FOR the people.
We train youths in their respective rural areas to become journalists themselves, so that they (through #CommunityCamera) bring to our audience, the daily happenings, opinions, engaging development stories of importance in their communities and neighborhood, that brings attention to under-reported, mis-reported, and over-reported yet critical local issues, in international perspective. We focus on these issues, from the perspective of their impacts or benefits on daily lives local livelihoods.
There are many untold stories of global significance right inside our rural communities, previously unknown or ignored that affects average rural residents-narratives surrounding their environment, water quality, access to education, violent extremism, infrastructure decay, food insecurity among other issues.
Aside stories of underdevelopment and Human Rights abuses, there are so many opportunities in rural communities which many do not know, which could reduce rural-urban drift. Stories of natural resources, self-help, resilience, rich cultures, philosophies, among others, yet they remain untold.
These are what Community Stories Nigeria exists for -for the good of our communities. Community interest drives what we publish. Yes, we do it for social good and for the good of our communities.
