Amaju Pinnick, the former president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), has taken legal action against Davido for an alleged breach of agreement.

Pinnick claims that Davido failed to appear at the 19th edition of the Warri Again concert in Delta, despite receiving payment and arrangements being made for his transportation.

Pinnick claims Davido received $94,600 to perform at the concert and $18,000 was paid to charter a plane to convey the singer to Warri.

On Tuesday, the organizers of the concert filed a lawsuit seeking N2.3 billion against Davido Music Worldwide (DWM) limited.

The claimant — under the name Brownhill Investments Company Limited — is praying to the court for N150 million as legal and professional fees and an additional N30 million as the cost of filing the suit.

They are requesting a public apology from Davido on his social media accounts and in national newspapers for four consecutive days.

Amaju Pinnick alleges that Davido had previously refused to perform after receiving payments in the past.

The claimant is also seeking an injunction to prevent Davido from performing at any show or event in Nigeria until he refunds the payment he received.

Man who Attempt to break Guinness Record by running from Lagos to PH for 5 days lands in hospital and Currently Receiving Treatment*

A brave Nigerian embarked on a five-day marathon adventure that started at the Lekki toll gate in Lagos and ended at the hospital.

He was captured in a viral photo lying on a hospital bed receiving treatment for apparent burns. Wene, the brave Nigerian boy who embarked on the epic five-day marathon from Lagos to Port Harcourt in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record , seems to have had a tough time.
According to the report, which he shared on his page and confirmed with the caption “Coming to Port Harcourt”, he is currently hospitalized and receiving the necessary treatment. “The pain is unimaginable,”

He said. Do I give time, distance to everyone? hour. scar? hour. mistrust? There is still time. Until then, Bene stays home!”

He embarked on a five-day solo marathon from Lagos State to Port Harcourt, Rivers State to enter the Guinness Book of World Records. The Port Harcourt teenager informed netizens of his Guinness World Record attempt through his Facebook post on Sunday, October 15.

Wene admitted that it seemed like an impossible challenge and encouraged people to join him in the adventure. A training flyer showed that the trip began on Tuesday, October 17 and is expected to end on October 21.

Wene left Lekki Toll Gate at 4am on Tuesday. A post shared on his page on October 21 confirmed the completion of his five-day marathon walk when he arrived in Rivers State.

Guinness World Records is yet to issue a statement or comment on the Nigerian’s completion of the five-day marathon. In response to her hospital photo, fans commented in the comments section of her page and sent congratulatory messages.

Bishop David Oyedepo’s son, Isaac, reportedly d¥mps Living Faith Church to start his own ministry

Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, one of the sons of Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church, aka Winners Chapel, has resigned.

Isaac, who was recently appointed as the Global Youth Pastor of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, resigned to start up his own ministry.

He said, “My God-given mandate is to reclaim a generation and to ensure that this generation sees the fire of God-revival in our generation.”

He is the second son of Bishop Oyedepo. He and his elder brother, David Jr., were ordained as pastors in May 2007 by Kenneth Copeland. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and has served as the resident pastor of the Living Faith Church International, Maryland, USA, since October 2018.

Isaac is married to Ayomitide Oyedepo and their union is blessed with four children.
