The brain drain “japa wave” is a growing phenomenon in Nigeria, which has been linked to a growing skills gap in the Nigerian labour market.
This phenomenon has become increasingly common among the people irrespective of their gender and age as the country’s workforce is increasingly loosing its best hands on a daily basis.
