NO MORE DEALING WITH DELEGATES!!!

Indirect Primaries have been completely removed from the electoral law (i.e. no more delegate-based primaries). Now, it's either consensus or Direct Primaries only. All registered party members are now delegates. Those hiding or buying delegates, go and seek grassroots support instead.

The United States has frozen the assets and properties of eight Nigerians accused of having links to Boko Haram and ISWAP

The sanctions block all property and interests of the designated Nigerians within U.S. jurisdiction, and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
