The only trusted place I buy my cow skin (kpomo) is from the meat seller. Any other place, I don't understand what they're selling.

At the meat seller's, I can see exactly where the kpomo is coming from.

Some of the ones sold elsewhere scares me. The size, colour, texture, the smell. Especially the size. They're always looking too big for their prices.

When it comes to food, I don't like taking chances👌.

I'm not stopping this anytime soon...

I was introduced to using fresh curry leaves to boil my meat for stew instead of the packaged curry seasoning.

Since I started using it, my stew has tasted so much better. It makes a noticeable difference.

There's truly so much goodness in using fresh, natural ingredients👌.

Use curry leaf this weekend and watch your meal taste💯.

Every batch has to come out with the same crispness, the same colour, and the same taste.

Customers expect the same quality and taste every time they buy from you.

Maintaining that consistency, batch after batch, is one of the biggest challenges in production.

It's easy to admire the finished product, but a lot of hard work goes into making sure every batch meets the same standard.

Does your product taste the same every time🤷?
We need that quality taste consistency.

Leave bitterleaf soup (Ofe Onugbu) for Anambra.

Anambra people have built a strong reputation when it comes to preparing this soup, and many people will agree they really know their onions.

So if you're from Anambra and you're struggling in preparing this soup, pls check your DNA😝.

I'm not being biased o, but let's tell ourselves the truth. Every tribe has that one special soup they prepare so well.

The aroma of their special ogiri alone is enough to announce the soup from afar😁

Other states prepare delicious bitterleaf soup too, but there's just something about the Anambra style that keeps people asking for more during special occasions.

No offense to anyone, but you know I'm saying the truth😝.

We need help🙏...
Anytime we eat beans in this house, everybody start farting anyhow.

This has been happening for a while now, and I'm not finding it funny anymore.

I parboil the beans before cooking because I heard it helps, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Yesterday, I brought out beans to cook and my kids immediately said they're not ready to gas throughout the day.

I love beans, especially now that it's corn season. Just imagine that sweetness of soft beans and fresh corn. But what follows every time is making us think twice.

Please, is there another way of cooking beans that helps reduce the farting?
Any tips that have worked for you?

I don't want to ban beans from our menu🙏.

People often see the finished bucket of flakes Chinchin, but they don't always see the work behind it.

Rolling out the dough thin and cutting it manually into hundreds of even pieces takes time🤦.

If some pieces are thicker than others, they'll fry differently, making it difficult to achieve a uniform crunch.

It's one of those snacks that looks simple until you try making it yourself.

Do you like making flakes Chinchin or you dodge the order whenever it comes😁?

Hope you're not one of these people...
You go to buy fresh corn. Normally, just by looking at the corn, you can almost tell whether it'll be soft or hard.

The seller gives you one, you open, press and press the corn with your fingers to check if it's soft or hard, then drop it back and pick another one and continue pressing🙄.

Who are you leaving that opened and pressed corn for now?

Imagine if everyone did the same thing. The last buyer would end up buying corn that has been touched by many people.

If you open a corn to check it, please buy that one🚶

One snack I don't enjoy making is coated Peanut😩....
I sincerely salute everyone who produces peanut burger as a business, especially those doing it manually every single day.

It's one thing to make a small batch at home once in a while, but making it in large quantities daily is serious hard work.

The last time I made a paint bucket for my family was during the Christmas period. By the time I finished the shaking process, my arms were aching for days. I told myself, "Never again"🙈😁.

I even remember when some customers requested peanut alongside my Chinchin. I quietly referred the peanut order to a friend who specialises in it. I value my body too much.

To every manual peanut producer out there, may God provide the machines that will make the work easier, faster, and less stressful🙏❤️.

What's that one snack you don't enjoy making😄?

I'm so glad we're finally leaving this pencil stage...
I used to buy a pack of pencils almost every week.

Somehow, one pencil would only last just a day. Before you know it, it had been sharpened and sharpened until there was nothing left to hold🤦.

I don't know if they were writing with it or competing to see who could sharpen better.

Now that they're moving to using biros, I'm already smiling. At least if I buy one or two pens, they'll last the whole term.

Mothers whose children have graduated to using biros, hope I'm not celebrating too early.
