Thousands followers of the Islamic movement March in Suleja to Condemn U.S.–Israel Actions, Express Solidarity with Iran and Palestine

Thousands of followers of Islamic Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub El-Zakzaky (H), leader of the Islamic movement took to the streets of Suleja on Tuesday in a large-scale demonstration condemning the U.S.–Israel aggression against Iran and expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The demonstraters, who identified themselves as followers and supporters of the Islamic movement, marched peacefully through major roads in the town, carrying placards and banners with messages denouncing U.S. and Israeli policies in the Middle East. Chants calling for justice and an end to oppression echoed across the procession as participants called on the international community to intervene.
Demonstrators also used the occasion to mourn what they referred to as the martyrdom of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, describing him as a symbol of resistance against Western influence in the region.
At the rally’s concluding venue, Sheikh Yasser Ali Mukhtar addressed the public, urging unity among Muslims and other justice-seeking individuals worldwide.
“We call on the general public to join hands with us and with people of conscience across the globe in standing firmly against injustice and oppression,” he said. He further emphasized the need for what he termed total support for the oppressed people of Palestine.
During the demonstration, some protesters burned U.S. and Israeli flags as a symbolic act of rejection of the two countries’ presence and influence in the Middle East.
