🌟 A SPLASH OF HOPE: CHANGING LIVES ONE SMILE AT A TIME 💦✨

On April 26, 2025, something magical happened in Yola.

Over 70 less privileged children stepped into the beautiful Golden Alpine Hotel & Resort—not just to swim, but to dream, to laugh, and to feel the warmth of inclusion and care.
For many of them, it was their first time seeing a swimming pool, let alone entering one.
> “I never thought I would swim in my life,” said Mariam, 11. “Today I swam and played in water with my friends. I feel so happy!”

Organized by Wabbas Care Foundation (WCF), this wasn’t just a party—it was a powerful reminder that every child deserves a chance to be seen, heard, and loved.
We filled the day with:
👉Swimming and water games
🎶 Music, dancing, and laughter 🍽️ Nutritious meals and snacks
🎁 Souvenirs and storytelling moments that sparked imagination and hope

A grateful mother, Mrs. Amina Bala, said:

> “This is something we could never have afforded. Seeing him joyful and learning new things makes my heart full.”

💙 But the impact didn’t stop there:
✓Children's confidence and joy soared
✓Community bonds grew stronger
✓Parents saw their children light up with pride
This day planted a seed of hope that we are determined to nurture.

🙏 We faced some challenges—transport issues, limited swimming kits, and the need for more trained volunteers—but with the help of generous supporters, we made it happen.

🌱 NOW WE DREAM BIGGER.
👉 We want to launch a Recreational Outreach Program to keep this joy going year-round. But we can’t do it without you.
