Yeah, sometimes it's ok not to have everything figured out. Life isn't perfect. We are all striving towards perfection and it's okay to "enter the rain and baff" 😄 then towel yourself dry and continue the grind.

Breaks are very essential it resets you. It doesn't have to be a vacation. It can be a 10-20mins break during work each day. Just shut down your mind and intentionally not think of anything. By the time you're back, you're looking at things with fresh eyes.

As a baker is this one thing you like to do or not? So when I started zesting there was so much fear around zesting because if not properly done and you zest the white part you don enter 😅 infact in some classes the teacher would not allow you zest or would look for a student with experience.

From day 1 I've never had the fear and could zest well because primarily I'm a very careful and detailed person but sometimes people project their fear on you, and you loose confidence.

It happens in our everyday life. What's that one thing you're not doing or haven't attempted not because you lack the ability or cannot do it but because others have said it's difficult or projected their fear on you that you just agree without even giving it a try. How many hours did you count? Nothing describes the process of dulce de leche better than this audio 😅 it takes 5 hours of cooking to serve you this gorgeous filling. That's the length we go to for you. That's the real behind the scenes 😄

It's one filling I love because the taste in cakes is unforgettable. It pairs well with most cake flavours and there's a whole cake flavour for it.
