The “POPSICLE” feeling

Ist time I tried popsicles, it was at a bole festival held sometime ago in abuja. Loved them and thought to myself these must be easy to make.. why buy at 1500 to 2500 each (especially since it’s something you would want to have more than a piece)

Ok oooo I bought popsicles molds, ingredients needed, some recipes and off I go 😅
I took my time blended different things 😆, I made some Oreo , Watermelon and I think pineapple popsicles, careful poured them and put in the freezer. The problem was aside the Watermelon recipe which came out almost perfect, the rest wasn’t giving what they were meant to give oo, Kai I expected much from my Oreo popsicles but it was the worst. It tasted really great but it wasn’t freezing 🥲, dunno what I missed. We went ahead to enjoy the watermelon popsicles, aahhh I got consolation from my kids, Ada said don’t worry mum it will come out better next time 😃😃…. I agree Nne

Sometimes these things are not as easy as we see it, you need practice and practice. I was already saying in my head “this woman is cashing out with this tiny thing ooo shuuuuu” na to start this business ooo 😅😅, not as easy as seen. She had so many flavors. Now you can find strictly just popsicle stands or shops in the city, Nice.

NB: Before I tried popsicles , my kids would casually always pour different drinks in cups and put sticks in them to freeze, they would lick them and call them popsicles 🌝 and I always wondered what these ones are doing 😅, found out later they saw them on TVs.. Now we take them every-other time.

Someone said it’s totally ok to not loose yourself in the course of juggling life and I totally agree.

As a mom I make conscious effort, I agree there are days and times I loose myself but best thing is I pick myself up. Once I look at myself in the mirror and see that stressed tired look be rest assured next day am dropping everything to go fix my self. No one loves you better than you, so please take care of yourself.

I started applying pressure on intentionality, 2024 is going to be a very very intentional year. I love people who are very intentional about anything and everything concerning them.

The way banks are becoming stressful these days eeehh and the too many rules are becoming annoying. Are you thinking what am thinking? I mean won’t we just dig a hole behind our house, what is money that I cannot keep 🥲

How can you say one can’t do same transaction (a kind) more than once same day. I had 3 🥹🥹 and I was only allowed to make one, complained but that didn’t change a thing. A staff was kind enough to tell me I could do another from the next branch, in this fuel era ekwaaaa isorait. Well I had to because no choice, Got there and guess what “no network” hmmmmm you mean after burning fuel Sir, banks will test you. I couldn’t even utter a word, I left.

Well next day we moved again because I needed it so had to keep going, done the second one.. tomorrow we move again for something I could have easily done in one day. Tro and fro 6 times for no good reason. Even when you don’t want to spend money in this country you just do.
