The Unspoken Heart Journal

The Unspoken Heart Journal Some feelings don't have a clean name. They live in the silences. The things you almost said, the emotions you felt before you had words for them.

Love, grief, growth, connection. The quiet interior of being human, finally spoken

you’re not cold 🥀🤍

you’re tired of being misunderstood in pieces.

some people only read the part of your story where you became hard to love.

they don’t ask what hands left you frostbitten.
they don’t ask what you had to survive before you started protecting yourself..

anyone who abandons your story at its heaviest chapter doesn’t deserve the pages where your heart becomes sweet again.

you didn’t force me to open up.

you didn’t climb the walls i spent years building.

you just stayed gently enough
for the guarded parts of me
to stop hiding.

and maybe that’s the part that scares me most.

not that you found me.

but that you found the parts of me
i kept hidden even from myself.

you don’t have to earn gentleness 🤍

you don’t have to prove your worth by how much you can carry.

some days, surviving is the whole story.
some days, staying open is the brave thing.
some days, softness is the only way you made it through.

the moss doesn’t apologize for not being a tree.

it just turns cold stone into somewhere tired things can rest.

be kinder to yourself today.

If this life is the only story I get, I want you written all over it 🥀

A love poem for the person who feels like home, peace and destiny all at once.

For the kind of deep love where someone becomes the missing piece you didn’t know you were carrying.

If you’ve ever felt a soulmate kind of connection, this one is for you.

It’s May again. Not may-be 🌱

Not may-be later.
Not may-be when life gets easier.
Not may-be when you finally feel ready.
May isn’t for doubting.
May is for becoming.

May you heal.
May you grow.
May you begin again.
May you stop waiting for permission.

Because some seasons don’t come to ask if you’re ready.
They come to remind you that you still have time to become the person you’ve been postponing.

Anyone can stay solid when life feels good.
Who are you when it doesn’t?

When effort feels unseen.
When pain feels unfair.
When doing the right thing doesn’t pay off yet.
That’s when character stops being talk…
and becomes identity.

Right person wrong version of you

Right Person, Wrong Version of You?

What happens when you meet someone incredible, but you're still a mess?

You find someone who shows up consistently, who makes loving them feel natural instead of complicated. Conversations flow, silence feels comfortable, and for once you're not second-guessing everything. But you give them chaos when they deserved stability. You run when they show up. You weren't ready for someone who would actually stay, and that's not about timing or distance, that's on you.

Sometimes the right person walks into your life when you're still the wrong version of yourself. You can't force readiness that isn't there. What you can do is let that regret teach you how to show up differently next time. If there is a next time.
