Thank you all for the beautiful wishes, prayers, and love — I truly appreciate it 🙏

+1 is more than just a new age… it’s a call to new beginnings, greater responsibility, and higher expectations. Each year brings me closer not just to purpose, but also to the legacy I’m building.

As I step into this new chapter, I remain committed to growth, impact, and service — both as CEO of GoBeller.uk and Principal Consultant, while still being simply Mr DS SHEMA.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: stay grounded, stay focused, and trust God through every phase. And yes — if one path doesn’t work, be willing to adjust, evolve, and move forward stronger.

The journey continues… 🚀

🎉 Happy Birthday to Me — @ DS SHEMA 🎉

Today, I celebrate not just another year, but a journey of growth, resilience, and undeniable grace. 🙏

I’m grateful to God for His faithfulness over my life — through the highs, the challenges, the silent battles, and the visible victories. Every step has been ordered, every delay has had purpose, and every breakthrough is proof that God never fails.

This past year has been filled with achievements I’m proud of — building visions, creating solutions, impacting lives, and pushing beyond limits I once thought impossible. From ideas to reality, from struggle to strength, I can truly say God has been my backbone.

To the dreams still ahead — I step into this new age with boldness, wisdom, and greater faith. I know the journey is only just beginning, and the best is yet to come.

Here’s to more growth, more impact, more wins, and more of God’s endless blessings. 🥂✨

Happy Birthday to me! 🎂

Understanding ATM Card Security – Why Your Card Still Needs Protection

In my previous video, I explained that ATM cards alone cannot easily be used by hackers to steal your money, especially because most banking transactions today require PIN authentication or OTP verification.

However, this does not mean ATM cards are completely harmless if stolen. Your ATM card is still a very important financial tool, and if it falls into the wrong hands together with other information, it can become part of a fraud attempt.

Why ATM Cards Must Still Be Protected

Your ATM card contains important information such as:

Card number

Expiry date

Bank identification details

On its own, this information may not be enough to withdraw money, but it can become useful to criminals when combined with other access points.

The Risk of Keeping Your ATM Card Inside Your Phone Pouch

Many people keep their ATM cards inside their phone pouch or phone case. While this may feel convenient, it can create a serious risk.

If your phone and ATM card are lost or stolen together, the situation becomes more dangerous because:

1. Your phone receives banking alerts and OTP codes.

2. A fraudster who has your phone may be able to receive verification messages.

3. Some banking systems allow PIN reset or verification through your registered phone number.

4. Once the PIN is reset, the criminal could potentially use the ATM card to withdraw money from an ATM machine.

This is why losing both your phone and ATM card together increases the risk of unauthorized transactions.

Key Safety Advice

To stay protected:

✅ Do not store your ATM card inside your phone pouch or phone case
✅ Always protect your ATM PIN and never write it down near your card
✅ Immediately block your card if your phone or wallet is stolen
✅ Enable banking alerts and transaction notifications
✅ Contact your bank quickly if you suspect suspicious activity

Final Thought

An ATM card by itself may not be enough for fraud, but when combined

ATM Card Security Explained (What a Stolen Card Can & Cannot Do)

Many people ask:
“If I still have my ATM card, how was money withdrawn?”
Or
“If my ATM card is stolen, can someone really use it?”

Let’s break it down clearly.

What Happens If Your ATM Card Is Stolen

✔ Physical ATM withdrawals

A stolen ATM card CANNOT withdraw cash without your correct PIN.

Nigerian banks use PIN authentication, so without it, cash withdrawal at an ATM is not possible.

✔ Online transactions

Most cards in Nigeria today are secured with 3D Secure (OTP verification).

This means even if someone snaps the front and back of your card, they still cannot complete online transactions without the OTP sent to your phone.

✔ What card details alone can do

Card number, expiry date, and CVV alone are NOT enough for successful transactions on secured platforms.

Without OTP or PIN, access is blocked.

When Can Access Actually Be Granted?

Access usually happens when additional information is compromised, such as:

Your PIN being exposed

Your phone (used for OTP) being stolen or SIM swapped

Clicking phishing links or fake bank messages

Sharing card or OTP details unknowingly

Installing malicious apps that read messages

In most cases, fraud is not from card theft alone, but from information leakage.

Important Takeaway

Your ATM card by itself is not enough to steal your money.
Fraud happens when card + PIN + OTP or phone access are compromised together.

Stay alert.
Protect your PIN.
Never share OTPs.
And always report suspicious activity immediately.

This series is for education and awareness, so people understand how fraud really happens—not assumptions.

Every step tells a story of prayers whispered, patience tested, and faith that refused to fail.

With a transparent glass of wine in my hand and peace in my heart, I pause to reflect—not to show off, but to give thanks.

This is what it looks like when God brings a man from desire to manifestation.

When the life once imagined in the mind begins to take form in reality.

May the life we desire not remain only in our thoughts,
but be made manifest in our lives, in our homes, and in our peace.

Amen.

Payable-on-Death (POD) Claimant vs Next of Kin

Payable-on-Death (POD) Claimant
This is the person legally named to receive funds in an account when the owner dies.
Once death is confirmed, the funds go directly to the POD claimant — no court process, no family dispute.

Next of Kin
This is simply a relationship status (spouse, child, sibling, parent).
Being next of kin does NOT automatically give access to bank accounts or funds.

Key Truth:
👉 A next of kin cannot claim funds unless they are:

named as a POD claimant, or

included in a valid will, or

granted access through legal probate.

Part 2.. ( 2 of 3)

Many people have passed on with money sitting untouched in their bank accounts —
and their siblings, loved ones, even their children had absolutely no idea those funds existed.

That truth bothered me deeply.

This is why I’m setting a goal — not just for today, but for tomorrow.
For the born and the unborn.
So that if anything happens, the little token you worked hard for doesn’t disappear into silence.

You may not have millions.
You may not have everything figured out.
But doing what is right matters.

Someone once asked me,
“Why are you doing this?”

And I explained:
Being next of kin does not automatically give access.
Love alone does not unlock accounts.
If anything happens to you, your family may be left with nothing — not because you didn’t care, but because you didn’t prepare.

This is about awareness.
This is about responsibility.
This is about making sure what you labored for can still speak for you when you no longer can.

Plan wisely.
Protect your loved ones.
Leave clarity, not confusion.
