Anambra state governor Willie Obiano declared Nov 4 thursday and November 5 Friday as work free days ahead of saturday's governorship election that will take place in Anambra state on Nov 6 Saturday. Governor Willie Obiano said the purpose of the public holiday is to enable the people in Anambra
