Bamisaye Roy Adedamola is a young farmer and the C.E.O of PELIAH AGRO ALLIED AND CONSULTS, he has been able to merge skill with hard work and increase productivity through value Addition. In less than a year of practice as a fish farmer, Bamisaye has been involved in production of over 30,000 fishes to marketable size, he has been involved in construction of over 60,000 capacity fish ponds in different part of the country, he has trained over 100 people both young and old on fish farming, he has granted different interviews both on Radio and television to enlighten the public on Fish Farming. Bamisaye Roy Adedamola is one of the youngest and brightest fish farmer in Ekiti. Bamisaye holds a B.sc in Plant Science/Biotechnology and he is presently pursuing his M.sc in Food Storage at Ekiti State University, he believes so much in value addition which is why he's a popular entrepreneur, he processes and packages all his farm produce and markets them, he presently is one of the largest producer of smoked fish in Ekiti state, to compliment and ease his effort he just completed construction of his processing unit where his fishes will be dried, cooled and packaged, the unit will be opened on 25th of February, 2022 to mark a year that he officially started the fish business. Bamisaye also sells catfish barbecue and pepper soup of different types which compliments his hardwork and key interest in value addition. Being an orphan with just little Support Bamisaye started this business with his 'alawee' as a corps member and little tips from friends like Omorilewa Tomi and Olowolafe Damilola. Bamisaye is made of more but we believe his impact within the little time he has been in the Agricultural sector is worthy of celebration as we believe his story will interest and influence people out there, even generations to come.
