Adeleke Receives Certificate of Return as Re-elected Osun Governor

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has received his Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), formally confirming his re-election for a second term.

The certificate was presented to Adeleke and his deputy, Kola Adewusi, at the INEC headquarters in Osogbo on Wednesday, following their victory in the August 15 governorship election.

Adeleke polled 511,067 votes to defeat his closest challenger, APC’s Bola Oyebamiji, who scored 444,815 votes.

The governor thanked the people of Osun State for renewing their mandate and pledged to focus on governance and development as he prepares for another four years term.

VIDEO: Ondo Pastor Leaves Christianity, Embraces Ìṣẹ̀ṣe

Pastor Olabanjo Felix Gold, formerly associated with Image of God Evangelical and Prophetic Ministries, has announced his decision to leave Christianity and embrace Ìṣẹ̀ṣe, the traditional Yoruba religious practice.

In a video circulating online, Olabanjo introduced himself by his new spiritual identity, Ifawamiri Aworan Olodumare, and revealed that he has become a Babaláwo (Ifá priest).

He expressed appreciation to spiritual elders who, according to him, guided and supported him on his spiritual journey. He also credited his experiences and encounters with influencing his decision to embrace Ìṣẹ̀ṣe.

The development has sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians discussing his transition from Christian ministry to Yoruba traditional spirituality.
