The Post Pregnancy Family Planning project (PPFP), the Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH) and Health Facility Monitoring Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA) launched digital solutions to enhance effective knowledge sharing on health-related issues.
The Post Pregnancy Family Planning project in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH) and Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA) launched Digital platforms for reporting of Health Management Information (HMIS) data, Dashboard for Realtime review of Maternal Newborn Child Health (MNCH) indicators, Web application for Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Adolescent Healthcare and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) Resources on Tuesday, the 7th of December in Lagos.
During the Launch, the Director of the PPFP project, Dr Taiwo Johnson informed that the Project supported private health facilities to use digital platforms to collect, analyze, and submit data to the DHIS and enabled providers to monitor and use their MNCH data to strengthen their clinic services, management, and planning. โThe platform will help to improve timeliness and the reporting rate of the private facilities and ensure access to timely, quality data. It will allow private sector providers monitor trends to adjust and continuously improve the quality and responsiveness of their servicesโ.
