Participation Beyond the Possible.
Ondo State was created in 1976 from the former WesternState and it originally included what is now Ekiti State, which was carved out in 1996 by late General Sanni Abacha. The state covered the total area of the former Ondo Province, created in 1915 with Akure as the provincial headquarters.
Today the state with 18 local government areas, having been blessed by human and natural reasources is an oil producing state. To the glory of God we have been kept from natural disasters.
On our path to greatness we are all enjoined to be fully ready to participate in the forth coming elections. Each aspirant is also enjoined to work towards the removal of barriers to participation and implement policies and procedures that make it easier for people to vote. Apart from safety measures to be provided by INEC and the security aparatus of government, aspirants should demonstrate a zero tolerance for cowardly act of mindless thuggery and social violence.
As time goes on this platform will allow you greater access to people that matters and bring you closer to most of these intending leaders. Collective action is powerful and thats what this platform tends to drive.
There is no doubt that they need us just as much as we need them to govern well. This platform is with the intention of providing that bridge.
