If my friends decide not to share their wins, milestones, or good news on Facebook, I’ll respect their choice and won’t post it for them. It’s not my place to tell their story or put their moments out there unless they want them shared. Celebrating someone doesn’t mean broadcasting their life, it means respecting how they want to live it.

That’s the kind of bond we have in my circle. We trust each other completely. If I don’t want something shared, I know it stays safe with my girls, and the same goes for them. It’s an unspoken rule of loyalty, respect, and love.

Not everything needs to be public. Some of the most meaningful moments are the ones kept private, shared only with those who truly care.

There’s beauty in keeping certain things just for us, away from the noise of the world. It’s about honoring each other’s boundaries and protecting the spaces where we feel safe and supported.

That’s what true friendship looks like.
❤️

Find Your Path and Own It

We all have unique journeys in life, and not everyone is meant to follow the same path. Some are born to thrive in academics, while others shine brightest as entrepreneurs. Some are called to build remarkable careers, while others find fulfillment in creative pursuits, caregiving, or business ventures.

The truth is, life isn’t about fitting into someone else’s mold; it’s about discovering what makes you come alive. Take the time to explore your passions, talents, and strengths. Find something you love – something you won’t grow tired of doing – and dedicate yourself to doing it well.

Don’t fall into the trap of chasing a particular phase of life just because others seem to be excelling in it. Their path is not yours, and their success doesn’t define your potential. Instead, focus on understanding yourself. What lights your fire? What brings you joy? What challenges you in the best possible way?

When you find that thing you’re meant to do, give it your all. Invest your time, energy, and heart into it, and you’ll see growth and fulfillment beyond what you imagined.

Remember, the world needs your unique gifts and contributions. Don’t compare, don’t rush. Stay true to who you are, and success will follow.

On Female Friendships

When it comes to the women I allow into my life, I am intentional. I don’t choose to have female friends just for the sake of filling up my corner. Instead, I surround myself with reasonable, responsible, and inspiring women—those who push me to grow, lift me up when I falter, and remind me of my own strength.

Yes, I’ve had my share of negative experiences. I’ve encountered women who have tested my trust, shaken my faith in friendships, and left me questioning. But here’s the thing: those experiences do not define my outlook on the beauty of sisterhood. I refuse to say, “I don’t do female friends,” because I know the value of having incredible women by my side. The wrong people may have come and gone, but I’ll never let their actions make me close my heart to the right ones.

To the remarkable ladies who are in my corner right now: you mean the world to me. Your kindness, strength, and unwavering support remind me every day that true friendships are priceless. You’ve shown me what loyalty, understanding, and love look like.

So, to my ever-supportive girls, this is for you: I love you all deeply. Thank you for being my safe space, my cheerleaders, and my sisters in every way that matters.

I never thought I could go a whole week without soda. Coca-Cola has been such a big part of my life that I never imagined I could last more than two days without it.

When I first talked to my husband about it, he was skeptical—he couldn’t believe I could give up something I was so attached to. I had to explain to him that when I set my mind to something, especially something important to me, I do it with my whole heart, without second-guessing.

Today marks 12 days without Coca-Cola, and honestly, it feels monumental. If you’re not a Coca-Cola drinker, it might be hard to understand, but anyone who’s ever battled an addiction to something small but meaningful will get it.

I did it, and I’m incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it.

As I drove to my parents' house, I envisioned a joyous Christmas celebration, but life had other plans. Amidst the season's joy, I found myself spending the festive period at the hospital, a twist that tested my inner strength. Yet, as I welcomed the new year, I felt a renewed sense of hope and determination, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

In the first month of 2020, I realized I wasn’t where I wanted to be, but I was determined to turn things around. January 2020 was a month filled with reflections for me, as I acknowledged the setbacks and identified areas for growth.

I was deeply motivated, constantly seeking ways to improve my business and life. It got to the point where I was driven by a sense of purpose, focused on what I could do better.
That same year, 2020, was a year when everything fell into place for me, even more than I expected.

Sometimes, challenges prepare you for the successes that await.

Five years down and I am grateful today that God gave me the strength to help myself navigate difficult situations in life by making a life-changing decision quickly.
