But, how can you watch this video and still say that France wasn't deserving? We should understand that Swann is French and isn't fluent in English. There were clearly no interpreters, so he spoke as best as he could in English. Also, if you check the history of Mister Supranational, the winner of Top Model, usually ends up winning the main title.
